This is the last straw! This place has fallen apart. Not what it once was. I have had time sensitive mail delivered past its due date. Causing me thousands of dollars!! I have had packages delivered a month late because they couldnt "figure out the P.O. box" simply because it was missing the periods between P&O. Apparently "PO 1234" is confusing for them. Even with a name listed they still couldnt figure it out. I have also been told, if the sender of a package wont accept a P.O. Box, to put your physical address and forward slash your P.O. Box # Apparently "12345/1234 Alphabet St. Duvall, WA" is confusing for them as well. NO OTHER OFFICE DOES THIS!! Either you guys are lying to me, or just plain stupid!! Most likely both. Im looking for a new home out of Duvall because I get daily packages/mail that CANT BE LATE!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Ive never dealt with as many rude and unhelping people as I have here. They dont take the time to listen to you or understand your inquiry. My first experience was via phone, and this lady was exceptionally helpful, no complaints there. My second was in person and not only did she not stop to understand me but when she would try to help she only frustrated us both more; I ended up just leaving. The third and most recent exerpeince: from the moment the lady (different from the first) answered the phone at this USPS I got nothing but hotility. Im sorry youre having a bad day or that you hate your job, but you work in a customer service industry and shouldnt act like that. In the end what difference does this review actually do though right?

I have never had so many issues with postal service. Their carriers are frequently seen throwing packages, I saw our carrier throw them over our 6ft gate in multiple occasions, and at least two yards up onto our porch several times. We moved a year ago and are on a different route and at least a few times a month get "attempted delivery" cards even though we are always home AND signed something at the post office saying they could leave things by the gate AND put a permanat note in our mailbox that says the same. Filing a complaint at the post office is difficult and has does nothing. Today I was standing outside our gate waiting for the carrier as I was expecting a package and he still left an attempted delivery card.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Ive been several times to the post office to complain about getting notifications saying packages were had attempted to be delivered, yet no one knocked on the door nor left a slip in my mail box. The postman throws may packages from the street to my porch, we have a longer walkway to our front door. Or doesnt even get the package to the front door, as you can see below. This is completely unacceptable and the postmaster doesnt care. Like I said, I have gone numerous times to complain about this and have complained online to USPS HQ.

Unfortunately no zero star option...This post office is a joke, and Im surprised that there is not more internal audits happening there. Not one single time our packages are delivered on time as planned. When looking at the USPS tracking info, every single time they do not deliver for the silly reason: "Retrieved from full parcel locker", when the parcel locker is EMPTY!!!! Just a good reason to make you go to the post office to pick up...

I had 3 pre-postaged packages to drop off, but they were a little too large for the letter drop. I got there just after 8am and they dont open until 9am, but the very considerate employee who was prepping ahead of opening took them for me anyway. Giving 4/5 only because it would be nice if the facility had a larger parcel drop option so that they wouldnt have to rely on having friendly employees.

This is a sad place. Poorest of poor customer service. Hurt and/or angry employees taking out their frustrations on customers. Sue has always been an exception to this review, she must be on vacation this week. If the management of the Duvall Post Office would like to meet with me and discuss how they might make their workplace more enjoyable for employees and customers, please contact me.

This is my favorite post office in the area, definitely worth the drive to avoid Woodinville or Monroe, both of which are simply awful. In Duvall, the staff are friendly, helpful, and much faster than most. I am always greeted happily here, exchange enjoyable conversation with the employees, and leave with a smile.

This is the absolute worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Our mail is often not delivered, then we get a notice saying delivery was attempted -- yeah, right. When they do "deliver" the carrier throws the box 20 ft. at my front door from his mail truck. I use FedEx or UPS now because I dont trust USPS.

Terrible! They lose your packages or cant find them on a regular basis. Even worse, you will never get a refund from this place when they lose your purchased item. They take no responsibility or want to help in any way.

Terrible post office. Deliver my packages to wrong places all the time and when you tell them that its never delivered right they get snotty and rude with you.
