Generally friendly service, and the shortest lines I regularly encounter at any PO. But they frequently fail to offer the least expensive service option when offering alternatives. And they stubbornly and incorrectly refuse to accept CDs that meet PO criteria for first class letters and insist that they be mailed as packages, for an additional 58c apiece. (The regulations for what constitutes a letter are readily available online and pretty easy to read and understand, so no real excuse for incorrect interpretation.) Guess what guys - this does not increase your revenues, long term. I will buy the correct stamps elsewhere and put the piece in the mail myself, so you will see less of my business in the future.

I have been trying to call them since this morning. Noone picks up the phone call. You tell me what kind of a service is that ...However, when I go to the post office physically, they always help their customers well. So Good in that sense, but today I really needed to talk to some one and its not cool that they cannot even pick up a call. Its my fourth attempt. I cannot even leave a message. Hence Poor-Fair

I need someone to yell at, my package keeps being put out on delivery but never arrives and the lady inside tells me when that happens the first time its supposed to stay at the building. Nobody seems to know who I can contact about my package and I know its not their fault but I need someone to chew out about the complete lack of communication between employees and whereabouts of my package.

So annoyed that their stated hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Get to the post office at 8:30am and the sign has been taped over, now saying its open at 9am. WTF. If you change your hours, change it on the "Sorry I missed you" delivery slip.

Never knew that usps could give me much better experience than Fedex! Need to mail something and purchase a prepaid return envelope, it takes me less than five minutes, so easy!

Sometimes parking can be a bit scarce, but the experience in the store is fairly standard. Professional staff, efficient service.
