All I wanted was to make sure todays date stamp is on the envelope. Its a simple request. Of course, I wouldnt have to have to make the request if the USPS would consistently put date stamp on all the mail. But since you cannot rely on that 100%, when a date stamp is a must, I have to be sure it gets on. So I went to this Post Office. Stood in line and waited....in order for the clerk to simply stamp the envelope. Postage already on it. But no.....apparently, they dont do that...what???!!....thats only done in San Francisco, she insisted. But shes happy to sell me some extra this/that that costs $1.35 or something, in addition to the postage already paid, to make sure the date is on the envelope. WTF. Welcome to the Post Office, where the business model is "If you want to be sure we do our job, you have to pay extra." I hope that inept attitude is just this post office, and that other locations are not infected.

Dropped two prepaid packages at the counter a few days back. Apparently the staff had not scanned them, online tracking only showed "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS". I went over there today to see where these two packages are. Met with the unbelievably rude manager. He refused to help or even do anything. I wrote down the tracking numbers for him and finally persuade him to check. He went back inside and 15 minutes later came back with "no updates" and refused to further explain.

The shop has postal cards, envelopes, boxes and stamps, i think like most post offices. The woman that helped me was extremely nice with everyone, very polite and correct, she made my mood better. I think her name was elvisa or something similar, the one speaking Spanish. Lines can get a bit long since there are just 3 counters, but the employees are efficient.

Arrived at 10:15a on a Tuesday morning to ship my passport renewal. Not very crowded. Waited about 5 minutes. The clerk was very helpful in letting me know what form I needed to fill out for confirmed mail. In n out quickly.

I went all the way to the post office to drop off a parcel. I can see that they have a personal drop off but the doors are locked after hours so I cant get in to drop off my parcel

Not sure if they ever answer their phone. They need at least an automated response that lets you know youre on hold and theres a bunch of people calling. At the least.
