Dropped off my Christmas cards there inside two weeks ago. Several have been opened and the card (which fit in tightly removed), and others had the envelopes badly damaged. One friends card had a note from her post office suggesting that there is a suspicion of postal workers opening mail in search of gift cards! Then, a package was left on Sunday in front of our garage?! And another left this morning between 8:10-8:45. What is going on?!

Im very fond of our mail carrier. She is a lovely lady. However, someone at the post office often leaves packages either balancing on our mailbox or on the ground a quarter of a mile from our house. This is very bad as we get a lot of mail thefts in our area. The post office delivery people need to be consistent about bringing packages to the door.

I like the post office when I walk in but no one answers the phone if you need to call. They require an appointment for passport renewal, but how to you make the appointment if no one answers the phone? If you call the number listed, it will ring and ring for exactly 3 minutes and then will automatically disconnect.

Called the Loyola and Mountain View-Hope St offices to make appointment for passport renewal as they say you have to do. Nobody ever answered the phone. This is certainly one service the USPS doesnt want to provide citizens. Thumb down big time

We were waiting for you to deliver to us our registered letter yesterday. But no carrier showed up with our letter. We tried to call you many times during office hours, no one answered the phone. Wondering if your phone is working.

We have a great Mail Lady, Gwen. She sticks to the rules - nothing wrong with that! and she also goes out of her way to do a good job. We got her to OK our new mailbox. Its good to have an expert that is willing to help.

No one picks the phone!! Why do they have a number listed if no one ever picks the phone??? I think this is inefficient and unprofessional.
