I barely ever post reviews, but you know what, under this circumstance, I need to vent because the customer service is so bad that if I dont rant about this somewhere, Im going to jump out of my 6th story window. How the hell is a residence hall deemed "closed", we dont close. My complex is literally open 24/7 with workers at the desk to open the door, I doubt they even try to deliver. Thats not the worse of it all. When you walk into the gritty jail cell otherwise known as their office, you are greeted by an empty chair, chaos in the backroom, and constant phone calls that theyre obviously not answering. It takes a good 5 extra days to get your mail, and when youre there it takes like 1 hour for them to find it. One time I went there, and the place decided to open 2 hours late! It opens at 9:30, but the doors werent unlocked until 11:30, and i had class! This place is the hell itself, and Im an atheist. If I am ever granted the misfortune of stepping into this house of pendejos, Im going to inject cyanide into my eyes. Yes, its that bad..

If it were possible to give this place ZERO stars i would. The worst customer service and some of the most ridiculous excuses ive ever heard. False scans on multiple packages claiming my packages had been refused. silly them....I have cameras in my place of work and NOBODY ATTEMPTED delivery. Had a previous package that claimed "no secure location" to leave the package. I was at work that day...again....no delivery attempted. As a professional I know that my team would be terminated for falsifying records, and yet the usps...a branch of the government continues to do so on a regular basis. Rude on the phone, the "management" always seems to be out or in a meeting. Weve all heard the reports about the financial troubles of the USPS, and its locations like this that lead me to believe they deserve it. Clean house. fire them all. and hire a crew that takes some pride in their job.

I would give them no stars if possible. There is no customer service. This post office is responsible for delivery mail to our office. We cannot keep one letter carrier for very long. I am told the route is large and no one wants it because there are so many businesses who receive packages. Hence, they keep trying to deliver mail after 8:00 p.m. when our office is closed. The post office does not answer their phone no matter time we call. We have had to go in person to complain, but that only works for the present letter carrier. Once that one leaves, the process must be started all over. The postal system is SO broken. Ive been trying to receive a package for 3 days now because they tried to deliver on a Saturday when the company is closed. Supposed to be delivered the following day, but once again - after closing hours. Its a joke, but not a very funny one.

The guy that usually delivers my mail is very efficient. I live in a secured apartment complex with a call box and cameras. He calls my apartment to let me know that I have a package. Unfortunately, a package stated it was delivered, which it was not. There have been times when I pulled up the tracking and it stated that they tried to deliver and they couldnt which is also false. They never leave a note and then they return the package with no notice. After reading all the other reviews, I can see why this Post Office has such bad ratings. i contacted the Post Office and it took me 2 days to even get through. I spoke with a lady who said she would contact me back and I havent heard from her yet. Its been 3 days. I tried to contact them again to no avail. The phone just rings and rings until it finally hangs up!

Ive never had such a strong urge to write a review before. After diligently tracking my package and waiting for it to be delivered, I got a notification stating they attempted delivery and left a notice. I work in a building with a full time doorman and receptionist who sign for every package. He told me he hadnt seen someone all day. After reading other reviews online I cant say I am surprised, but SHOCKED that USPS hasnt taken action on the horrible work this location provides. Another post office in FiDi gave me the number for Townsend which was disconnected. Her response when I called her back was "well this is all Ive got." and she couldnt transfer me. I called the number I found online and it rang until it auto-hung up 5 times. Other reviews corroborate this history of neglect.

Im pretty sure the guy was sleeping when I went there. There were 2 people whod been waiting in front of a bar with no one behind for 10 good minutes, despite ringing the bell multiple times. We actually had to start yelling for someone to show up very casually and ask us what we were doing here. I echo what other reviews say: Ive tried to give them (literally) at least a dozen calls, with no answer. When I was there, the phone was ringing at multiple occasions, and they just seemed to assume it was one of these oddities of life you couldnt do anything about, like rain in summer, mildew or orphan socks. Also doesnt seem like they understand what "posting" is about, and they just keep everything they receive until someone comes, wake them up and pick it up. Would not recommend.

I would assume getting checked into jail would be a more pleasant experience than needing to visits this post office. I had paid 25 dollars (extra) to have some documents over night "guaranteed by 1030am" on a Thursday. When it came to Monday i decide I should call the post office. They then tell me said envelope couldnt be delivered because my office was closed and was not open(Though we are a 24/7 office) So I make my way to beautiful 550 post office. The jail remark this review was really good but allow me to top that. Ive seen happier guys on Maury when they find out that "they are the father" awaiting their "undeliverable packages". Then they tell me the mail carrier has my package and will be at my "undeliverable office" in 45 minutes and to meet the mail man there.

NOT EVEN CERTIFIED MAIL IS SAFE! I wish, I couldve somehow known to check the postal office reviews but after coming across the past reviews it all makes sense. They said they had left the package with the individual and that the individual had signed for it but I DID NOT sign for it, neither did anyone in my office, neither did anyone in my building! Ive tried to track down the package but no one at the post office answers the phone. And I havent just tried calling once or twice but rather 12 times. NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER. Unfortunately, you probably wont see this review until after theyve lost something of yours but rather something more effective than a google rating that will finally put this office in its place, is filing a report with the better business bureau.

The mail carrier from this annex to my office routinely tags packages "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)" and delays deliveries for days. There is always someone attending our office lobby from 9a-5pm, someone in our mail room, and people attending both of the building lobbies and the building mail room. There should be no reason why a package cannot be delivered at 2:45pm on a week day, period. In my 3 years at this address, I have yet to see a single notice. Attempts to call in are dropped. The mail carrier has even attempted delivery as late as 6:45pm when the office is closed. While I cannot place the blame solely on this carrier annex, its carrier to my address is negligent at best and there seems to be no remedy.
