They dont even answer the phone. Ive been trying to call all week several times a day both the main line and the passport number to set up a passport appointment. I guess whats to be expected from a government agency....SO inefficient and frustrating. (Been trying Mountain View too and SAME experience!!!)

We get mail for every street but our own in Portola Valley. Instead of Crescent, we get mail for Corte Madera, Tan Oak, Canyon, Willowbrook, Brookside....even Atherton addresses regularly show up in our mailbox. Recently, a reimbursement check has failed to arrive. I wonder where it was delivered.......

whether it be on the phone or in person its the same type of customer service -- rude! If these workers are all so unhappy do something else for a living -- like not work in customer service. Good grief!

Phone rings as fax tone. All other post office numbers for same zip code either ring as fax or are always busy.

Missing 2 packages sent on two separate occasions. A third showed up several days late and after hours.

This is my go-to post office because it has good parking, nice staff, and relatively short lines.
