This is the worst hole in the wall post office ever! There is a younger gentleman who work during the day, must be the lead, but supper rude, not willing to help with anything like its a burden. Oh He hung up on me when I was asking him to hold a package that was not even leaving his facility till ten am.I called at 8am to ask to have my package held, called back when I got a text saying the driver just scanned package. So I called back and got duch bag this time, in stead of the older gentleman I talked to at 8am. Obviously He should be in-charge. But then the package was lost and I still have no package that usps that was already late now another day too

Given the fact I was told to call back by the supervisor Jeff after hours, I was not pleased with the lack of answering. Especially given the fact that they lost my package and forwarded it to god knows where. They still cant seem to find it, Ive called over 36 times and have been told I would receive a call back each time which has never happened. Clearly the individuals are incompetent. Im about 24 hours away from involving law enforcement.The Currier whom "forwarded" the package better hope he/she has sufficient proof that they no longer posses my property.

I have mailed in a change of address for my business, moved from Clackamas to Portland, Mail was forwarded one time and now it is all returned back to sender. I have tried to call in many times to try to fix the problem, The phone either rings busy all day or rings and no one answers all day. When dealing with in person, super long lines and you are rushed through with not really being helped, basically if you dont have a piece of mail to give them, they are of no help. I will have to try the post master general to fix this problem.

I recently moved to a new home and i needed to get my mail key replicated cause tha last owner didnt give me a mail key. its been a friken month and they have not gotten to putting in a new friken luck! i have bill in there that need to be taken care of! they are the worst! Ive been calling every day now and 70% of the time the line is busy! and when someone finally answers they are friken rude! I just cant!

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible. My buyers package went out for delivery and never made it to her house. Tracking even backs that up. Flash forward 6 days later and it still hasnt turned up. I spent TWO days calling this PO. I either get the "closed" message or it rings and rings until it disconnects. Needless to say, a claim has been filed and an investigation has been opened.

After having multiple problems with our mail carrier and contacting the post master it has been made very clear that the customers do ONLY as THEY say. Communication seems to not be very high on their priorities. If you have problems with anything from this office the answer is "Oh well, get a P.O. box."

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ive been trying to call for three days and theyre phones are either off the hook or busy every single time I call. Its absolute garbage. All I want to do is hold a package and cannot reach a soul. This is beyond frustrating.

This post office is poorly staffed, resulting in long lines and extremely long wait times. Pro: There is a kiosk in the entrance for self service. Skip this location if you want desk service with wait times less than 45 minutes.

Forget calling this post office. YOU WILL NEVER GET THOUGH. I called numerous times on different days and the call was never even picked up. It just rings and rings and disconnects. Our government postoffice at its best. Shame!
