The people who work here are great! I missed a package that was coming to my house so I got the little slip to come pick it up at the post office between 8:30-5, but I work from 7:30 to 4:30 and its about 35 minutes away! So today I show up almost 5 minutes late and they clearly have the sign up that says "CLOSED." There were a couple of people in line waiting so I went in anyway. Mike, the man behind the counter said Im sorry miss but we close at 5. I explained to him there was simply no way I would be able to get here by 5pm, ever, LOL! He said no problem Ill be right with you and was very nice about it! He could have told no we close at 5 and sent me on my way, instead he was very generous and took the time to get my package, then sent me on my way with a smile!!! These 4 stars are for you, Mike! Thank you!

First I feel the need to remind all those complaining about slow service that, in fact life does not revolve around you and your social schedules. The employees at this post office try very hard to thoroughly help each customer in line to the best of their ability. That kind of service takes time. Either plan your trip more wisely to go at a less busy time of day, or suck it up and wait your turn like everyone else. I have never had a bad experience here probably in part because I make a habit of being polite and understanding about the time it takes for service. The employees who help me are always kind and informative if Im not sure about anything. I can always leave knowing that my packages and letters are in capable hands.

The other people complaining here are babies! Every time I go in here there its a line and people are crying about it! At some point out seems like people became too good to stand in lines. one reviewer said they dont smoke or have positive attitudes, well I wouldnt either if I had to put up with a bunch of whiney jackasses all day. Almost Every time I go into this post office I wait in a line.... Thats a party of life, if you dont like it use another post office! For the record! Maybe they dont smile, but everyone that had ever helped me in that post office, has done so quickly and accurately! And they all have wished me a good day on leaving !

Got a renewal form to renew my P.O. box but lost the form in the process of moving and was not allowed to go into the Junction City post office(where I now live) to renew it, cant drive up to OC during operating hours to do it and the website made the password requirement so complex I forgot it and had to have a new password sent to me which got rejected and my account disabled so I set up a NEW account attached to that P.O. box to try and renew online but there is no available renewal option on the website so now Im stuck!! It should not be so complicated and frustrating and time consuming to simply renew a P.O. box!

I have had to go the post office 5 times to have them retrieve a package from mailbox. We have boxes, on the side they open up is large area, the side of the people getting there mail is half the size of the opening they have, so if they have to stuff a package in , there is no way in hell you can get out. They know this, yet they continue to do it. THen i have to drive up and ask them to retrieve the package. The last 6 months have been a nightmare, packages delivered to wrong address, mail just lost.

OC post office has been providing horrible service to my family for 11 years. They have left packages of valuable product sitting on the mail box or sticking out of mail box only to have it stollen. Big surprise?! We have lost hundreds of dollars in merchandise. I pay good money to have stuff delivered and these people cannot even put it on the porch! What a bunch of deadbeats. Typical of govt employees I guess. Good effing luck if you live in the OCD mailing district!

Horrid customer service at this location. I continually come here and just feel like im being a burden just sending mail. No smiles or even positive attitudes come from some of these employees. They absolutely never have cash to cash postal money orders, have had to come back 3 times in 1 day at different suggested hours just to get 200 cashed. Long lines with one cashier who wont even look you in the eye when your trying to be polite regardless of the long wait.

Rude customer service and mean, and hanged up on me . They lost my mail, I lost an eBay item, they told me it is not my problem you can talk to the management. The customer service I think her name was Jean and she is fast talking and she cuts you while talking and she can tell you STOP STOP and then she tell you your issue and then she hang up without even giving the customer a chance to address what is actually going on.

Blue caller door hours M-F 7am-8:30am after 8:30 it closes because the window is open. Sat blue window door open from 7am-12pm (noon). Sundays closed! Even if you hear or see people there, they can not help you on a Sunday. There are signs clearly posted. From my experience the super busy days are Mondays and Fridays. Treat others as you would want to be treated then life is good.

Monday through Friday, delivery is outstanding... however I seem to have a weekend driver who is too lazy to get out of his/her truck. I keep getting parcels left literally on the road curb covered in plastic or a "sorry we missed you" note left in my mailbox when my entire family is home. Never have this problem with Fedex, UPS, or weekday delivery.

Terrible. These moron mail carriers cannot deliver anything to save their own lives!!!! I literally have to wait up to 4 or 5 days AFTER my stuff gets to the post office, but I mean its hard to put in effort when you know that you cannot be fired

This is the worst Post Office ever they deliver my packages to the wrong place at least once a month sometimes 3 or 4 times a month. Ive never had a problem with my mail until i had to move these people really suck !!!!
