USPS and this website need to update the phone #. The # provided in no longer in service and has been changed to an unlisted #?? What? There is NOTHING quaint or nostalgic about not being able to call someone on the phone! Isnt this a service industry? You dont want any calls? Well that explains my 30 min wait on hold to the main branch on 100th Street until I finally hung up. My PO box is at this location. Frustrating I cant get a hold of anyone! I dont live near by so this means an hour out of my day to come check on something that should be able to be handled over the phone.

This office continuously messes up our mail. They have repeatedly placed packages in our box that belong to another address on a completely different street just because they are too lazy to get out of their truck and walk more than a foot. I have repeatedly asked them to STOP and I keep getting told that I should just walk it to the appropriate address, which Im not being paid for. They are. I know being a postal worker isnt that difficult. It really isnt. Stop acting like it is.

The staff do all they can to assist. Need to remember that this is just an Annex to make it easier for people who have Post Office boxes. The US Postal Service is who decides why there is no ATM or debit machine of any kind on this premises. Also this office has nothing to do with the delivery of the mail to your home mail box. Lets all try to remember were only human beings and we all can make mistakes in life try to be positive it will make your day easier and your life better.

I do not know the name of the lady that assisted me but her clerk # is 20. She was the most helpful and charming postal person I have ever encountered. I know they do not take checks or debit cards or credit cards and I come prepared, with cash, an unknown form of payment these days. Not sure this information will go any further than this post but I do like to acknowledge exceptional customer service when I see it. I love doing business at this post office.

A cash only location which gives an idea of what the experience will be like. While many reviews point out the lack of modern convenience here Id like to offer a different perspective. This post office is an window into the past. The decor, the smell and even the staff remind me of what a post office was thirty years ago. If youre not in a modern hurry I recommend dropping into this location, just to remember what things used to be like.

This is a small post office that is privately operated. I imagine its what you would experience in a small town. Althoughits small, it has always been reliable for most needs. There are a few services that you wont be able to get here requiring you to go to the 100th street facility.

They have a friendly staff. It is small, but it is also a contract station which means theyre not going to have a lot of modern equipment more family-run than anything. I do like going there better than I like going to the Lakewood post office. Much more personal experience

They dont accept debit or credit cards. For f$&#s sake I have to use a company card. I cant get checks or cash.
