this post office is run by lazy incompetent fools. they do not want to work. they do not do a good job. my mail is constantly arriving late. if someone sends me a basic letter from seattle (12 miles away) it takes 12 days to arrive in my mail box. if you ask why they claim they dont know (but its more like they dont care). i have addresses this matter with them over 2 dozen times. everytime is the same thing. we dont know. its not our problem. its not because our office. excuse after excuse. this isnt my first time having a po box but it is my first time dealing with a chronic problem of lazy stupid people. The Post Master name is Pamela and she has the worst attitude ever. If you tell her the problem she pretents like she is listening but all she is doing is shaking her head and say yes yes yes and ok but the second you walk away she goes back to screwing around. i can only assume she is screwing around back there because i can tell you my mail isnt getting delivered. these people need a reality check and maybe they should get a crew of people that really want to work and do a good job and that will like their job instead of these lazy stupid fools that are wasting everyones time. so do yourself a favor and stay far away from this useless place, unless you want to never get mail on time and deal with a bunch of useless people that watch the clock and have no desire to do their job

We have been customers here for 20 + years. We always pay our bill on time for our PO box. The bill is due on the 31st and we paid it on the Sat. the 28th. Evidently we were a dollar short (because the prices went up) so they locked us out of our box. When I called to ask why our box wouldnt open the woman told me "there was a note in the box explaining the reason". To this I replied "I cant get to the note you locked me out" and she said "well you should check your mail more often" they have taken the outside drop box away for dropping off mail and you can no longer check your mail after hours. The service is terrible!!! I would give 0 stars if possible

not all ladies, most of them are very mean and rude. i have many bad experiences with this USPS since I moved to this area. they claimed my package was delivered by that USPS, but I dont get it. i understand they are BUSY, but they rejected my very very simple offer . they claimed my package was delivered by that USPS, but I dont get it. and they told me to come to the store if i wanna know about it. my bus runs every 30 mins to that post office, so if they dont have my package, i will waste my time. and i guess they are going to say jus " i am sorry about that". worst post office ever.

Was treated horribly. I had received an email that my package was delivered and that no one was home to receive it. No notice slip was left or anything like that. It was just an email. The following day I had to this location to ask if my package was here or if they were going to resend it today. The lady immediately was defensive and treated me like i was an invalid and told me that I had no understanding on how the mail system worked and that I should just forget about my package. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment.

THE WORST customer service ever. Called at 12pm at my lunch break, spent 20 minutes on the phone to make sure my package is held in this location for pick-up. After leaving from work early to make sure I make it there before they close, I am told my package was sent back to the sender at 3PM because I didnt call before they sent it!!! I called THREE HOURS before they sent my package, yet theyre telling me I didt call. Id recommend to find alternative ways of delivering your packages!

What do you people expect from a government agency? Obviously you dont know that the government doesnt have standards as the private sector. Its practically impossible to get fired from the government even for criminal reasons. I knew of a woman who works for the VA that got charged with armed robbery, and when they tried firing her, they couldnt because one of the supervisors was a convicted drug dealer and the other supervisor was a convicted rapist and pedophile.

there is a bit tall Asian lady that works there, she is very rude and disrespectful, one time i was trying to send back a text book which i rented from online for college course and i didnt know the procedure so i asked her for help, and her responses were very rude and she kept nagging how i should do it myself and drop it off in one of the boxes. and all i asked was which correct envelope i should put it in.

This post office is horrible. They lie and say they make delivery attempts when they dont. They do not deliver heavy packages, for you to pick it up. They deliver to the wrong addresses. Their customer service is horrible. They either do no pick up the phone, lie to you when they do, and have a major attitude WHEN ASKED TO DO THEIR JOBS!!! Ship UPS, reliable, cheaper and they care about their customers

I ordered a package from Amazon and I used 2 day shipping and the carrier is USPS, I just checked my package information on USPS website and they say it was to be delivered to day but I didnt see anyone or didnt hear anything. I didnt get the package today and also Im expecting another package from USPS. USPS sucks for package handling and delivering.

Mailman is African American and he opens our mail and takes a packages from eBay. My bank statements come open and when I confronted them they said they have nothing to do with it . also he claims my mailbox is full and takes my mail back on purpose to des moisnes postal office. Ive had a PO Box at this post office for years and the counter clerks and managers have always been friendly and helpful. My parcels have always arrived in good condition and they have been careful with them. They are busy sometimes and there can be a short wait for a clerk. The employees do a good job from what Ive observed.

They have they Worst Customer Service and did Not deliver packages on time. My sister overnighted a package and when i called them to find out where it was they said it was already delivered and then i got a note with NO info on it saying they left it at the office but the office was closed! So pissed off this office Sucks!

Missing weekly magazine, for now second week in a row. Impossible to get ahold of this place, short of driving there. Checked with the distributor, positive the problem is with the Post Office, but theyre impossible to get ahold of, and besides - what are you going to do?

This location is by far the worst. They are understaffed & the only one thats at the counter is some lady named Jennifer. Shes very rude. She talks over you when youre trying to explain things to her. Someone needs to watch this woman because her attitude is rude af.
