Had an appointment for my daughter’s passport. They didn’t see us until 25 minutes after the appointed time for a process that took less than 10 minutes. Our government at work !!!!. So glad that we don’t have to use the Post Office any longer for renewing my childrens’ passports since they will be over the required age.

I had to renew my passport . The staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful with regard to the proper paperwork, fees, and sending method. Suffice it to say, i did get my passport 2 weeks earlier than the expected 6 weeks. Even though there are sometimes longer lines, it moves quickly.
