The older gentleman that works here is a really good guy. That being said, Im NEVER using usps again or this location. Today, ONCE AGAIN my important package for work shows up, Without Enough Postage...is undeliverable, and I cant get in touch with ANYONE at usps. I now have to wait an extra day, pay $6 worth of postage, then fight with the sender after Ive Already PAID it to release the package, otherwise it has to come all the way back to the sender for a correction before its shipped Back to me...How usps ALLOWS people to print out shipping labels to locations Without Proper Postage, only to Not deliver the item and leave the customer with an additional bill is F**king MIND BLOWING. I was a loyal customer of usps for years, and now theyve lost another would be faithful customer to their own OVERSIGHTS and INCOMPETENCE. UPS here I come, usps, FAIL. You have failed in Every sense of the world, and this is merely a sign of your impeding demise. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

The employees here are shady AF!!!!!! I have dropped mail off at this location several times now on separate occasions since moving to shoreline and every time my mail NEVER arrives to the people I sent mail to. A problem I do not have with any other location. So one or all employees here are stealing and going through peoples mail. Dont go here!!!

Do not answer the phone, no voice mail, no nothing, all day. Wanted to get staffed hour, as Im fairly sure they arent open 24/7 like the listing says. When the USPS is only a memory, replaced by machines hopefully, inefficiencies like this place will be cited as vestiges of a past we clung to out of sentimentality.

Absolutely worthless, rude employees. Was told to contact their supervising post office. Called and they have no jurisdiction in my city and didnt know why they would send me to them. Lazy condescending employees. Still waiting on my claim after 2 months
