Customer Service certainly is not one of this company’s traits. When they set an appointment for 8:00 am they said it would be his first call. I waited until almost 9:00 am and finally called the office. The person answering said “O, yes, he will not be able to make the call as he has been delayed on another call, but he may be able to come this afternoon.” (No concept of calling the customer and notifying them of a delay, and no apology). Then when the service rep did come out he forgot some parts that they were supposed to bring out. During his work he broke two parts. The one under the kitchen sink was a simple connector available at Home Depot (about 3 miles away). He came back two and a half days later, all the while we did not have water in the kitchen. The other part he broke was in the bath room sink. He had no parts so, said I should get them. I got them a week later and when he came out he spent an hour to find out that the threads do not match. From what he showed me, it seems he should have realized it 10 minutes into the job. So now I am trying to get the correct parts and am without hot water in the bathroom going on 3 weeks. Part of the discussion is that he would leave some specific removed parts, as I needed them. After the job the he removed those parts. I immediately, within one hour called the office and informed them of this. They stated that they would contact him and have them returned. I called about 3 hours later and checked. She said that she contacted the plumber and he would return the parts that evening or the next day. Four days later, no show. I called and again she said she would check and get him to return the parts. Three weeks now and I still haven’t received the parts. I guess they have their money and I’ll have to go out and buy those. I can give him two stars for the work he did in the shower and toilet was satisfactory. If you don’t care about customer service and are OK if the job gets a little complicated and they screw it up this us the company for you.

Precision Plumbing is ALWAYS 5-Star! In fact, I often refer to them as "Bad-Ass". Their knowledge, quality of work, and professionalism is simply unparalleled. Working with contractors can be quite frustrating at times, but not with Precision. They make the process so easy and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS deliver a job very well done! Thanks guys!

Very energetic employee. Knew how to fix the problem immediately. Showed up on time and fixed quicker than I expected. Price was not bad either.
