This person must have John Carter mixed up with some one else. I have known John Carter for years he is a professional and expert in his field. This person probably wanted something for nothing. Or wanted John to be dishonest about his diagnoses in order not to pay for what needed to be done. Water pressure is a big deal, the problem needs to be solved before you replace the water heater. if you have to much water pressure then youll have a water heater that breaks down early. To high water pressure cause the warranty to be void. If the vent pipe is not large enough you could create a carbon monoxide problem. And someone could DIE. Call him and he will be able give you a long list of happy customers. Dont you love these people that complain and not leave there name? John Farrar North Valley Plumbing Inc.
