Mary -Oct 28, 2011 I was leary about calling a plumber out to my house. I had water spraying out a valve in my front yard. My neighbor reccomended R B Travis. I called them and was pleasantly surprised to talk with a real person. The nice lady on the phone told me that She would send a service tech within the next 60 to 90 minutes. 45 minutes later she again called and told me that Steve was on his way. Steve arrived, took a look at the problem and explained that he would have to change my leaking gate valve out with a new ball valve. Steve performed this repair and charged me a very reasonable price. He even gave me a free plumbing inspection and wore yellow booties inside my home. I will reccomend this company to all of my family and freinds. Thank You R B Travis!

I recently purchased a home and we needed to have major renovations done to make the place livable. The guest bathroom was completely bare and skeleton. The exterior of the house and parts of the interior were not finished. Much of the work that was previously done was not permitted or up to code. Knowing this, a friend recommended RB Travis for the work. Rick came over, gave a good estimate, let us know what other issues we would have, and included those in the estimate. Through the whole process, Rick walked us through everything his team was doing. If any changes had to be made, he contacted us immediately. The work turned out beautiful, and on schedule. We are happy with our beautiful home thanks to RB Travis help. Thank you.

I was so frustrated with the waste pipes system under my kitchens sink. It was previously install by a second to none genius that a regular plumber has never seen it in his whole life. Just searching "plumber in livermore" and the R.B.Travis pop up, then I blindly chose Travis to fix my sink but it turned out brightly. AL, the Filipino plumber was very helpful. He spent four hours without any piece of food for dinner (I offered some but he kept working) until 10:30 pm last night to help us fixing this scum! I highly recommend this plumbing business. The lady who answer the phone was very friendly. Al Mendez is highly recommended to ask for.

R B Travis Plumbing came to my parents house for an emergency service call as they were having problems with their sewer. My mom runs a daycare (which my kids go to) so it is very important to have everything working. The problem was identified and fixed right away. I had an excellent excellent experience with RB Travis plumbing yesterday--8/28/17. The service technician, Richey, was on time and unplugged my toilet. He also did some other work that was not covered by my insurance. He replaced a toilet. All work was done efficiently. I especially appreciated that after all the work was done, the bathrooms were clean!

Joshua and Ricky were awesome. I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication throughout the process. My water heater busted and I called my insurance company at 8:45am and they were at my house by 1pm. Finished in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area before leaving. It was a great experience overall and I highly recommend them.

Fast professional service. Had a small leak in the bathroom which I thought was inside the wall, and Gabe fixed it without having to tear up the wall. He even brought shoe covers so as not to tred in mud and he did not hesitate to crawl under the house in the crawl space to check if there were other problems. Thank you.
