Dont use this company if you have a job that you have to keep. They will keep you waiting and waiting all day and then either dont show up or cant figure out the correct phone number to reach you and let you know theyre either not coming or cant get to you before the end of the day. The office staff has no idea what customer service is all about and is just plain rude. In these economic times most companies are trying to keep their customers and provide good service. These people could care less about customers waiting 7 hours for a no show. No service and no apology is just not acceptable. Find another plumber.

Robbie and David are fantastic plumbers! We were having issues with the gas line to our stove and PG&E had to red tag the pipe until a professional was able to come out and replace it. They arrived when expected, their secretary called to let us know they were on their way from their previous job. They worked quick, professionally, explained what they were doing so we knew what was going on. Reasonable prices and great guys!

Awful customer service by the office secretary and the owner. Shoddy repair, shoddy customer service. I will never use this company again.
