Took me a week to realize our water heater had sprang a leak at which point I went to seek out some advice if I could maybe repair it or if I had to replace the unit itself. They came out and confirmed that the tank would need to be replaced. The two guys managed to get it completed on time (early actually), and they did a solid installation job as well, earthquake bracings and all. Scheduling wasnt a problem granted I had them come out later in the day when I would be home. Thumbs up from me.

Scheduled two days out from when I called. They call me the day of the scheduled appointment to tell me it will be moved from 10-2 to 2-6 after. I already scheduled off half a day from work. Inconsiderate of their customers time. Worthless to wait two days waste time off, have to reschedule with somebody else and waste more time off.

Had to have Boyd Plumbing replace one of our water line pipes that was not encased properly and burst from pressure applied to the loose soil. I was able to locate the shutoff valve toward the back of the house, but they helped a lot.
