I bought a brand new AC unit from Park Mechanical, The system was installed June 17th 2015 and has never worked. It has never cooled down my house, when I called the next day to have it looked at. Park Mechanical sent a tech to look at it. He said it was “Installed properly” but it wasn’t cooling. Next they sent SR. Tech who told me I needed new Ducting in my attic for the system to work. The next day they sent another SR. tech that filled it with coolant. It cooled my house for a couple of days before it stop cooling. During the install they had to cut into the dry wall to install the unit in my attic. Before they started making holes the Techs called the office to make sure Park Mechanical would pay for the repairs to my walls. My walls and paint have not been repaired yet. Currently a month later my AC is NOT working or running. I have been trying to contact the owner since it stopped working a month ago with no success. I have called and left many messages but I never get a response back. When I do talk to someone I get a response of we will find out what is going on and give you a call back in an hour or by the end of the day. I wait a day or two and I have to call back. This is one of the worst experiences I ever dealt with as a consumer. Do not deal with this company. Beware. I have been documenting all of my conversations with this company regarding this new AC installation. I am not sure what to do anymore since Park Mechanical is not being responsive. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Horrible horrible experience. CompaNY rips you off and Ive had to have people come back 4 times for install errors. It did not pass themail inspection and was left for months and months. Only reason I found out was because the city sent me something saying my permit was expiring. Then when I called the rude lady was like well you waited so long so we better hurry up so you dont have to pay for a new permit. I was like oh no one I dont think so you guys dropped through ball and apparently fired the paperwork lady not my problem. They left my duct untapped and it was leaking air not sure how they got that to pass inspection.... anyways 2 years later my lcd touchscreen on the thermostat is not working and they are trying to charge me 100 dollars for someone to look at it when there is nothing to look at he screen is broken.

Park Mechanical employees are "canvassing" my neighborhood today under the premise of coordinating with Sacramento Food Bank to gather canned goods. While all that is good, in order to donate, they require to come into your home to do a water heater flush or H/A check. Thats where you lost me. Had I needed a check or flush on my heating and air equipment, I would call a specialist. I see this attempt as very self serving to garner more business in the name only of something good, the Sacramento Food bank. What would have been impressive is your company encouraging donations through your company with "NO STRINGS ATTACHED"!! For this reason, I never will utilize your services. Just another marketing strategy in poor taste. The idea was good. The implementation not so much.

Our experience with Park Mechanical started out a bit rough with the installation of our new heating and air conditioning unit hence only the 4 stars. AND the four star over all review is because of Jerrod Darnell coming out to our house and spending a great amount of time correcting all that needed to be corrected. Jerrod himself is worth OVER 5 stars!! Park Mechanical is LUCKY that Jerrod has chosen to work with him!! I must also mention Caleb who listened to everything that we went through and vowed to have it all corrected and earn back our trust. We know that our experience prior to Jerrod and Caleb was not typical of Park Mechanical. My advice to future PM customers, ask for Jerrod and Caleb from the start. They are Park Mechanical at their finest!!

Working with Park Mechanical has been an extremely unpleasant experience. They come to you home to offer our customers product quote you at 19 thousand then "discount" only after you say youre unable to afford it down to 16, then 15 finally down to 12 thousand?!?! Maybe to be expected of those in sales... but please beware or Rep Stacey!!! She will follow up and be pushy. Tells you "that fine if you want to the go with a lower end unit interested of something good thats fine..." I responded that I expect all companies to say their product is superior to their competitors. Stacey YELLED AT ME! And was rude, lost her cool and hung up on me! If you want to be treated like garbage go to Park Mechanical. If you want to be treated with respect, RUN THE other way.

Park Mechanical was refreshingly different from other air conditioning companies we have used before! I had nevered heard of trading three cans of food for the food bank for a free AC assessment, but Nick assured me it was no joke. When Brandon Z came to look at the AC, he not only listened to my novice questions but he helped narrow down the potential problems to our system. My only issue was the picture of the technician that they sent in advance of the appointment did not match the technician who showed up. It worked out anyway because the customer service was fantastic all around!

So, I came home from work today (June 29, 2017) and a weasel from Park Mechanical accosts me in my driveway. After repeatedly telling him politely, "No, Thank You. Im not interested." he follows me towards my front door to continue his high pressure sales. It took forcefully ordering him off my property before he finally left. Any company who hires scum like this to high pressure sell their services deserves a 1 star review. You should go to anyone else for your HVAC services. I can guarantee I will never be considering Park Mechanical for my home.

My wife and I had difficulties with our heater. We easily scheduled an appointment and the service technicians who visited our home were polite, courteous, careful and clean. The problem involved a blower motor which was replaced and our heat restored. When there was a concern over the billing and warranty, we dealt with Caleb and our concerns were alleviated to our satisfaction. In the past we have referred our friends and relatives to Park Mechanical and we will continue to do so. Jim S.

Excellent service provided by Mike Reid . Mike is Meticulous and thorough. He explained what he was doing and showed me what to look for when examining a dirty Air filter and how to correctly insert it in the unit. Did a excellent job in cleaning the AC condenser. Cleaned and unclog the drain line. He did so much more that was required of him. Thank you Park Mechanical Mike Reid is a keeper!

Justin G. conducted my HVAC service. Justin was very personable and explained what he was doing. Justin also asked about how the system was performing, did a few calculations, determined there was a pressure issue, crawled under the house (without hesitation) found and resolved an issue. I hope that I would be lucky enough to have Justin service my system the next time. CEVD
