I have used G&C Septic Tank Service twice since 2012, both times their service has been professional, prompt and reasonably priced. The most recent call to them was placed on a Saturday to ask questions. Shon was more than helpful during the call, after speaking with him and having my tank lids uncovered, I decided to have them pump the tank while it was open. First thing Monday morning I received a call from Connie scheduling an appointment for early Monday afternoon. Shon arrived early and quickly pumped the tank leaving everything very neat and as it was. He took time to explain all aspects of properly maintaining the system and giving me an estimate of the next time I should have it pumped out given the condition since the last service. Both Shon and Connie provided excellent customer service. Honesty I dont think you could ask for more!

The driver of the pump truck that came to my house was so rude, and so insolent, that I sent him packing within minutes of his arrival. He wouldnt have dared speak in such a way to a man, because if he had, he would have gotten his teeth knocked in. Unbelievable. Inexcusable. Why would an employee of a service company think that it is perfectly OK to treat a paying customer in such an insolent manner? Apparently he knows that he can behave that way with impunity. Can you think of a different explanation? Update: The question has been answered. The owner of the company called and took me to task for leaving an angry message on their answering machine. So... Draw your own conclusions.

Ken called and asked if he could come early since he had a cancellation, i was happy he called and could come early. Arrived on time set up the equipment and began pumping the tank. Fast and efficient service. Took about twenty minutes to pump the tank. I asked Ken several questions about septic tanks while he was working and he was more than willing to share his 21 years of knowledge and experiences about the septic system. He even referred me to a website that was one of the most informative sites on septic tanks. His trainee ( Eri ? ) also did a very good job. I would definitely recommend your company to my neighbors.

Ken came to our house with what I thought was a simple drain the septic tank problem. It wasnt what I thought it was. He and his partner snaked out the line (?) until the mud in the line allowed water to go through. He is very nice and friendly and did all he could to help us. Knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, honest. We needed a service call the same day and they answered the call. Came out within a few hours of the call. Connie spent the time to answer all my wife`s questions. Ken & Eri came out and had the perfect customer service attitudes and kept great conversation all while working hard. These guys were in and done in no time.

This was a routine maintainence call, no emergency service required. Ken and Eri were prompt and efficient. They had the job completed in less than 45 minutes, including locating and digging out our second tank lid. They were helpful and informative on how to care for our tank. When my plumbing backed up and a plumber could not rectify the situation G & C sent out two technician on a Sunday to pump my septic tank. They accommodated my time as I had to work around another appointment. They were also helpful in how to properly care for my septic system. Connie was very helpful in setting up the appointment.
