We called in because our water heaters pilot light wasnt staying on and was also leaking. I had called in and gave the girl over the phone my info and asked to be called upon arrival so we could open the gate and put our two not so friendly dogs away. She was short and gear to get off the phone. When they sent out a plumber it was a man named Frank, my husband interacted with him first and said he was short but answered his questions. Frank had told my husband because of Easter weekend they wouldnt be able to come out till Monday, that was fun but he never asked when would be a good time to come back out, and never actually confirmed the appointment. Next Monday rolled around and I had just woken up to get ready for work and there was someone banging on my front door. It was Frank. He said he called but no one answered so he came by anyway. My dogs where inside going nuts, he then became verbally aggressive and very, very rude when I asked what number he had called. Then he proceeded to tell me he would only deal with the man of the house. Say what...?! So I called the company immediately, spoke to the office girl again, who was rude and short as well and irritated me further, I dropped the f bomb a few times and that seemed to get a fire going under her hiney and she then connected me with Steve, who I assume was the owner. I told him rather aggressively why I was so livid and he seemed genuinely apologetic and shocked. He then assured me we would be taken care of and would send a different plumber on a Wednesday. I felt better. He sent out a very nice man named Brenan, he was polite and got strait to work. Breanan got back to me with what needed to be done and the cost. The cost was outrageous. They were going to replace a water heater that was covered under the manufacturers warranty and install it. They said it would be between $650-750 just for labor. Nope. The water heater was priced at $375 at Home Depot. So thats where we went and now everything is fixed. Steve was great, Brenan was great. But they over charge and the initial meeting wasnt great at all and cost them our business as well ad two other people in our tiny neighborhood who were having issues with their water heaters as well. I definitely recommend going elsewhere for the cost alone. But if you dont, ask for Brenan.

I am very pleased with the service I received by Discount Plumbing. They removed the old and installed the new dishwasher, with NO damage (which I will explain in this review), as well as cleared the drain for my washing machine (which two other plumbing companies failed to do). Let me start with Nathaniel. He was the "go to" guy. From my very first phone call asking for an estimate, he was always very professional and friendly. If there were delays, he would call me. If I had to delay or postpone, he worked with me. If I had questions or concerns, he was right on top of making sure I had the information I needed. Nathaniel is the type of person who could teach others in the service industry how to treat customers. Matt the "miracle worker" is the person who came to my home for an estimate, and is the person who did the actual removal of the old and installation of my new dishwasher. I had concerns about having to damage the floor or the counter top while getting this work done. I have an older house, and at some point in its history, the kitchen floor had another floor put right on top of it, resulting in a very tight space for the dishwasher, and potential for damage when removing and/or installing. (I was also told by another company that they would have to cut up my floor to get the old dishwasher out.) I dont know how he did it, but Matt got the old dishwasher out, and the new one put in, with NO damage being done. I am extremely grateful he was able to accomplish this! When finished with the installation, Matt was kind enough to take a look at the drain for the washing machine. He was able to do what two other companies could not, remove the cap outside for the clean out. It was stuck and somehow, his magic touch got it loosened and off, allowing him to clear out the pipe, fixing the problem. I also want to mention that Matt was very professional with my 4 yr old son and baby grandson. Answered questions, showed patience when I needed to crowd him in the kitchen, and was just an all around friendly person, and despite our interruptions, got the job finished in a timely manner. I recommend Discount Plumbing, and will call them for any future plumbing and drain services.

Discount Plumbing is responsive, reasonably priced and dependable. We have an older house with some challenging draining problems. I count on Hector and the Discount Plumbing team to keep everything running. Its always much appreciated. We used to call random listings in the phone book and were generally disappointed in either the work or the attitude or both. A friend recommended Discount. Ive called several times and they are always quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Hector comes out and he addresses everything I have even if I forgot to mention it in the original call and never acts pressured for time or "bothered" by what weve asked to have done.

Called Discount Plumbing several days ago. My toilet was clogged and water was running into the bathroom! I called in the morning and in the afternoon the young man came right in the time frame i was given. He was very nice and polite, helped me with the toilette (oh this toilette...) and even did a quick inspection of the plumbing system in the house! He also told me that the company is now providing air conditioning and heating services and even gave me a 50$ off coupon! Will definitely use it anytime soon. Absolutely loved my experience!

I called Discount Plumbing when our water heater began leaking and flooded our garage. Their employee Hector, assessed the problem, instructed me on what water heater to purchase, and promised hed be back later in the day after finishing a call 20+ miles away. Though it was late in the afternoon, Hector returned and replaced our water heater. Hector was friendly and knowledgeable and we will certainly use Discount Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

I had a few issues and the manager came right over and fixed everything. There was something caught in the garbage disposal and he got it out quick. Hot water heater needed adjusting, he fixed it right then and there. Backed up toilet -- fixed it quick. I would not use any other plumber. Theyre the real deal. Great response, reasonable rates, reliable service.

Great customer service! My water heater went out and so I called Discount Plumbing this morning. They sent Frank out to help me with the process of obtaining a new water heater.
