I cant begin to appreciate plumbers enough for what they do. We finally had no choice but to call on one today after we had a pipe break during my bathroom remodel. So we called a couple of commercial plumbers and they could fit us in maybe tomorrow or maybe next week but that meant I would have to have my water off in the whole house until then. Well that wasnt going to work. So I googled Roseville plumbers and a bunch of the ones I had already called were there and then I saw a listing for New Flow Plumbing. They were local, had a 4.7 rating and so I called, Arman answered and said it would be no problem, they would have someone here within 60-90 minutes. Unlike all of the other plumbers they would come for free give us a quote and then we could decide if we wanted them to do the work. 46 minutes later, Art, Armans Brother shows up, he is smiling and cheery and doesnt mind at all that we pulled him away from his family on a Saturday. So here is this sweet young Armenian man with three strong willed sassy ladies standing over him and he is teaching us what broke, why it broke, he explained that we didnt have the right tools to fix it ourselves. He also thanked us for not making it worse by stopping and calling a plumber when we did. He proceeds to fix the cold water pipe that broke, figures out where all of the other parts are that are leaking are, fixes them, then fixes the hot water side which stupidly was put together with a pipe for a toilet not a sink. He decides that since he is here he is going to glue down the sink to the cabinet and then secure it to the wall for me. Just because hes a nice guy?! What? Does that even happen anymore? He then stuck around for at least another 20 minutes or so talking about our love of history and he was telling me about the history of Armenia. Moral of the story is that there truly are good people in the world and New Flow Plumbing is the BOMB! Please if you need a plumber I would give them 10 stars! Amazing people, amazing work and they will always have my business as well as the rest of my family! Thank you so much!

We have a water pipe going underneath our back yard—it gives us water to our guesthouse. A few weekends ago I get a call from my wife and she tells me there’s water bubbling up from the grass. Super nervous, I hurry home and see that she’s in fact correct—the back yard is turning into a small pond due to a leak. I quickly shut the water off, get online and search for a plumber. I called two plumbers who told me they wouldn’t be able to get to me right away and so my third call was to New Flow Plumbing. Thank goodness. Art and Vito (I think that’s his name) were there within the hour. They pumped the water away and within a few hours we were looking at the broken pipe. It took a few more hours for them to get the new pipe and install it but the fact they did it in a short amount of time (I thought it would take days) is amazing. Also, the cost was very reasonable—I asked my brother-in-law (a retired plumber) if we were treated fairly and he told me the price was very fair. So I recommend New Flow Plumbing if you need a Roseville plumber and thank them for helping us on such short notice.

I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! My three-year-old son flushed numerous things down the toilet (socks, an action figure, and a few dozen Lego pieces) over an undisclosed time frame and as one would think it eventually caused a clog. A nasty one. I wont even go into specifics but it was bad. Horrified by the backup I called New Flow Plumbing and explained the problem, telling them they would probably need HASMAT suits. I had images of horror where they would be digging up my front yard and the cost being $15,000. But no - Art saved the day. And he discovered the socks that were clogging the pipe. And so of course, we knew the culprit was my son and I asked him what else he had flushed and he told us about the legos, action figure, etc. And Im sure he doesnt remember the other things he probably flushed. Hilarious story to tell at his wedding someday but I wanted to write this review to thank New Flow Plumbing because they fixed a super gross, scary problem in under two hours.

I went to go visit my cousins in california. I hadnt seen them in a long time and i wanted them to meet my sons for the first time. My 5 yr old said to me he needed to wash his hands so i allowed him near the sink and unbeknownst to me he dropped his toys down the garbage disposal. I heard strange noises coming out of the sink wondering what he did. I went over there myself and realized he dropped something down the disposal, Embarrassed i called some plumbers not knowing the area i did what i could till i came across new flow. They were kind to me on the phone and came right away. My cousin wasnt too mad considering. Thanks for the help and the reasonable bill.

Appointment between 9 and 10am to replace water heater. No show as of 10:45am and just get voicemail when I call. Update-11am. Just heard from plumber. Very sorry that he forgot about our appointment. He will be here by 1pm. Art arrived a half hour early. 2 hours later we a new heater and plenty of hot water. Thank you!

The sewer clog was coming out of my front house pipe and I called 3 places in the evening, and they all said tomorrow. So I called New flow Plumbing Roseville, drain tech came out within 45 min and unclogged my sewer drain. Such a relief and the stinky waste stopped, thank you new flow plumber!
