My parents recently had rotorooter come out for their backed up plumbing. The pipe was cracked from a tree root causing blockage roto rooter basically said it couldnt be fixed until monday which was 5 days from the day he told them this. Also said it would be around 7000 to fix but my parents neighbors found out about the situation went in unclogged it so my parents didnt have to go without using the water anymore (while roto rooter didnt even try to fix it temporarly)and said all they would need is a new pipe and eventually get rid of the tree. Roto rooter also said they were going to charge an extra 1600 just to check if the clog went out into he street this does not include doing anything about it. My boyfriends parents had an expensive problem with them also so before going with this company i suggest getting a second opinion!!

I had a plumbing issue that clogged my 2 bathroom sinks and the kitchen sink. Ryan came and immediately began to diagnose my piping system. He climbed a latter and surveyed the roof. He gave a tutorial of how piping systems work and how they get clogged. He used what seemed like technical jargon but he was able to break it down and explain it in baby terms which was what I needed. He found the problem and provided 3 options based on my price threshold. He even provided discounts where he could. He was personable and honest without being pushy. Then he fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess. I would highly recommend Ryan because I got the feeling hes this way with all of his customers all the time.

No toilets working at night! Went to the website, left my info and asked that they come in the morning ASAP. At 8:00, I received the call that the serviceman was on his way and would be there within the hour. Mario showed up about 40 minutes later. Mario was the best! He explained what he was doing as he went along. Found & fixed the problem immediately.He made some suggestions for follow up service. This was our first plumbing issue in 18 years!
