Hot water heater broke and guy came out the next day. He said he would order a part and that it would come on Saturday or Monday morning. Once the part came, he said, he would come over right away to install it. The part never came on Saturday or Monday. After waiting till Tuesday for the part, we called in and found out that the part was just ordered that morning and that it would arrive the next morning. The part took two days to arrive and when it did budget plumbing said they would have someone come out. To no surprise, no one came out that day to install the part. I was left over a week with no hot water thanks to Budget Plumbing. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING. They provide terrible service and obviously do not care about the customer.

What crooks. In DEC 2015 my husband passed. I need plumber. The kid told me this is how this is going to work. Im sirpose to call to get All facets replaced, wheather I need or not. O couldnt do it. About a month ago I needed them again. Thoughts their was a rodent in the pipes. The day I called they were to come bit no show. I called the next day and they claimed I didnt answer. What bull. What liars. Finally over 24;hrs/somebody showed up. All he did was laughed at me and said no rodent will come through. OK them. So now I have a 45.00 bill to pay. The invoice says they inspected the drain lines and found them working properly. He didnt do a dam thing.

Very informative and helpful technician. Was happy to hear about the competive prices and 24 hour service. Will be calling them and only budget for all my plumbing needs or hvac needs

Worst business. They never keep their appointments. They always no show or are late. Do not call them!
