took my car in for an oil change today. they seemed to be an ok place. i had the high mileage oil change plus a tire rotation that came out to about $50. They found a nail in one tire and wanted to charge me $15 to fix it. no thanks. i can take it to a local place and they will do it for free. gee... they already had the tire off from the rotation, they couldnt take 10 minutes to dismount it, patch it, mount it and balance it? gee wiz. so i get my car back and this is what i found : 1. oil on my driver seat 2. oil on my passenger seat 3. oil on my inside door handle 4. oil on my outside door handle. 5. didnt reset the maintence light. they wiped it up and said "sorry" ...thats it... and who knows if they did the chassis lube which i requested (and is included in the oil change price). i have to check the work order tomorrow. never going back.

Ive been here three times and in the first time I noticed nothing but was feeling someone touch my stuff in the car a second time I waited a very long time and decided to have a look and I watched from the side and I noticed how Mexican worker examines all inside my machine saw me that I noticed it was uncomfortable and he proceeded to work. I once checked all my stuff in the car and everything was OK and I didnt chose not to complain. I already knew that there touching stuff customers. For the third time, I am fully convinced that all things that are in the car workers without a permit review and may steal. I want to give all the Council all your things keep yourself and preferably put spy camera the next time I want to remove the video from the spy camera and put on YouTube

Only good thing about these people is that theyre open on Sundays..but thats pretty much it. I feel like I get screwed over every single time I come here..them acting like my car will practically blow up if I dont pay them an arm and a leg to fix things...that most likely dont need to be fixed. And I swear they keep giving me faulty brakes because I have to replace my brake pads almost every 6 months. The only time my brakes lasted over a year and a half was because I had a warranty on it..figures. Most of the times the guys are super rude to me, especially the older ones. And once I got my oil changed there and they air stripped the bolt on so i had to get the bolt replaced when I went to my usual mechanic. Would NOT recommend anyone to come here!

Im really really...I mean REALLY picky when it come to car maintenance, including wheel alignment. There are 2 wheel alignment shops few doors away my office, but I decided to go this Firestone few miles away and I couldnt be happier. The Store manager (Frank Kim) is pretty friendly and the technician (Michael Huang) that worked on my car seems really nice person & know what hes doing. Im sure Ill be back to this shop again, instead of other Firestone shop to get wheel alignment again in few months. As a plus sign, this store is really clean :)

I took my car few times, and I feel they are very professional. I am surprised to see some bad reviews. I worked with Frank ,one of the Manager, always explained upfront what is going on, and what to expect. They take little longer for Oil change compared with other oil change places, but they are very good.

The crew at this Firestone work hard to get get you taken care of. I have been surprised more that once, when my car was done before the estimated time. The shop manager Frank is straight with you about the work you need to have done now, and what can wait. Ive been a customer for over 15 years.

They did a good job and they were nice but I was not told I could not use my Firestone account at a location different from my regular place until AFTER they had finished. Wasnt too happy about paying up front but I guess its alright, I wouldnt take the car in if I couldnt afford the work.

The staff on this location are professional and are reliable on their estimated time of the waiting time duration while they do your car service. I will definitely be back to this place again on my vehicles needs and recommend it to others too.

This place is horrible. A complete lack of integrity and common courtesy. and forget getting your car fixed right the first time...you might as well just google your problem and try it yourself...seems like thats all they do is guess.

Very prompt and professional. Ive been going to this Firestone location for years with all of my family cars. Frank, the manager is super friendly and will take care of you for sure. They have free wifi and coffee, along with a tv.

They didnt listen to anything I said and had to repeat myself constantly. They couldnt even find the problem. Also the messed up my front window which I warned them about.

The inside needs upgrades. While having to wait its hot, not well ventilated, and uncomfortable.
