I love their 24hr roadside service. However, for a business that charges a membership fee, closing their offices at 5pm on Friday is absurd! Especially considering they have auto registration renewal services, and a local competing registration services company stays open until 8:30pm. Isnt the point of using such services to offer an alternative to the DMV so people can stop by after work? Id much rather renew through the DMVs online service, but their system "doesnt recognize" my car. BTW, I got to AAA at 5:02pm, and the kind people behind the glass doors wouldnt let me in. Thanks for acting just like the DMV! I expect more from you AAA!!! Maybe its time to take my $$$ somewhere else.

I had to renew my car registration yesterday. I had been having a very bad day, but i was amazed at the prompt and profesional service I received here at the fullerton AAA office. Everybody i encountered was pleasant and helpful. I especially wanted to point out ashley alewines service. She made what is normally a hassle into a very nice experience. I will definitely be coming here for my vehicle needs in the future.

THREE TIMES i went in to request for a simple name change. Why do i need to go in three times when it takes one visit to change the info? It wasnt even a verbal request -- they took my driver license to change it. How hard is it to type in few alphabet letters according to what it says on a DL? It was such a waste of time.

Always friendly, fast and helpful service. I use them for DMV Services recently, I was in and out in 15 min......I love that fact AAA can save me time like this and make this task a pleasent experience!
