I am glad this Midas had moved out to Covina as of Oct 1, 2013. I have seen this Midas go through several ownerships in the past few years. I have always had all of my cars serviced here. But since Leos ownership, my experiences have been less than pleasant. It may not be him directly, but the managers worked for him. No courtesy, no customer service. I was there for a synthetic oil change for one of my cars with my own synthetic oil. That is how I have always done it. I was asking why the price has almost doubled now since my last oil change and this is the response I got "we open our doors everyday for business, and we are not here to make a loss. I am pretty busy right now, do you want oil change or not?" Who in their right mind will go there again for such a treatment? I could not believe how rude one can be! Anyway, I am happy to see them gone and hoping a better franchise in their place.

Owner was rude when our car was returned from a wheel alignment that left the car pulling to the right VERY hard. refused to realign. Finally rotated tires which helped but still not correct. Owner stated brakes were bad and needed replacing. Having done my own brake jobs for 40+ years I checked them out. Did not need replacing. While doing this I found where the lug nuts were torqued way too tight and 2 of the lug nuts were NOT the ones that the car came to Midas with. Buyer beware. Scam artists, who do NOT stand behind their work, and use parts that did not come with the vehicle. I will NEVER go there again.

I have known the owner for many many years. You will not find many honest, stand-up, helpful people like Jerry the owner anymore!! The store is worth visiting, because you wont get ripped off, and the employees actually care about what they are working on. Remember when that was the way it used to be?? Its still that way at Jerrys midas in Glendora.!

Since they hired Jacob, the service at this Midas has been spectacular!! He always takes care of my cars, and backs up his service. Everyone there is polite and take their time to let me know exactly what my car needs, and my options. Never had to pay top dollar, and cars are always in and out pretty quick. Highly recommended for their great service.

I would recommend not using this Midas Service. Charged us full price but did half the service. When we called to discuss it with them, they put us on hold. They were then extremely rude, did not want to try to resolve the problem. Said something vulgar and slammed the phone down.

Jacob is great and makes sure you know all the details before you pay for anything. They are quick and do a great job consistently, I defiantly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a good mechanic shop.
