Honestly.....Im baffled at how horrible, the customer service received at this location was...my boyfriend was nice enough to take my mini cooper for an oil change on Friday, 9/23/16....he left it there during his lunch break at work.... once he picked up the vehicle they asked him where we got our previous oil change, in which he mentioned it was at the mini cooper dealer..they did mention to him they did a horrible job and as other customers stated gave him a list of things wrong with our vehicle. They then mentioned how they did the oil change as requested and added an over sized plug to prevent it from leaking and went on how good of a job they did.etc etc etc...He paid for the service and went back to work.(which is across the street) On the way home from work he called me the car felt extremely weird It started shaking, and was making a weird noise. I understand my car was not in perfect condition but not to the point where it is not working after getting an "oil change". The following morning the car would not turn on at all, and when it would the steering wheel would completely lock and we wouldnt be able to move the car. At that point we called to find out exactly what they did, to come to find out the mechanic confirmed the oil changed wasnt even completed due to them not being able to remove the filter. Something they never mentioned at all yet charged us for a service they werent able to complete. At that point I was extremely livid at the situation, if we never called and notified about what issues we were experiencing with our vehicle we would have never known they didnt complete the oil change. However, that still does not explain why our car now completely doesnt turn on for 3 days. They did mention they would process a refund for the oil change and to take the car to them to see if what the problem is. If it is something their mechanics did they will fix it. How would we transport our car from our home to Santa Ana without it turning on? They expect us to pay for a tow truck to take the car back to the location where they messed it up? Not happening....I spoke to the manager Gary and their area manager Nelson. GARY, was a bit more reasonable but not giving me much solutions besides a refund which is not going to get my car fixed. Nelson, their "district manager" was no help whatsoever. He seemed bothered by my phone call and just had Gary, return my call.. I work in Sales and Customer service for the past 6 years, I know things happen and mistakes can happen.But do not lie to your customers especially when something like this happens it will only make matters worse. I am extremely reasonable but now I have a car that doesnt turn on and a refund that hasnt even processed yet. I hate to be this annoying client who leaves a long review but i feel other customers need to know to make sure what service they received and confirmed it was done before leaving the location. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well.

We came to fix a nail in a tire that had become quite an issue over time and really needed to be resolved ASAP. Called a couple of places off of Yelp and were unhappy with the news we got until we called this place. Unlike everywhere else, they didnt hassle us over the phone, didnt charge an outrageous fee, and guaranteed a quick turn around time. Sold! We were about 5 minutes away from the location and the manager knew who we were before we even walked up - "you called about the tire?" Yep. He got a guy to assist us, look at the tire, quote a price, and then told us to chill in the lobby, enjoy the wifi, and all would be sorted in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later and $25 out of pocket, the tire was all patched up. The shop itself is very clean with a great lobby area and friendly respectable employees. They didnt try to up sell us which was greatly appreciated.

I completely hate to think the way they treat my car when Im not there. I got back in my car after purchasing a new tire and only to find black fingerprints on my headliner and my glove compartment a mess. For some reason I think they tried checking my cabin air filter on my Lexus and they completely made a complete mess of my glove compartment. This is not the first time it has happened and it really sucks because my family has been going to this Firestone for quite some time. Needless to say Im sure Ill be finding a more suitable company that will do right by the consumer. Ernie was a Great manager at the time when I had been going there and my family and I never had a problem. It really is upsetting to see the lack of care for my car throughout this whole procedure I paid out of pocket for.

Took my car in on a Wed @ noon for a rotate and balance. Manager said it would be done by 3pm. I show up right at 3 and of course they didnt even touch it. No phone call informing me that it would be delayed. Now I regret buying my tires through Firestone. Maybe its just this location but I had much better luck with Americas Tire Co. in the past. Its too bad customer service lacks because I really like my Firestone Destination ATs. Looks like Firestone lost a customer when these are worn out.

Dont come here unless you want to get screwed. My girlfriend went in for a $30 oil change, they saw a young naive woman and took advantage of her big time. The told her the tires on her car were about to explode, that her fuel system needed to get serviced because it was killing her gas mileage. They nickel and dimed her for every bit of cash they could squeeze out of her. She left with a $1,100 bill... what a bunch of scoundrels!

They are NOT a Firestone complete auto care. Despite the link at the top of the page this store is NOT affiliated with the national Firestone Complete Autocare and thus do not respect any warranties / lifetime alignments / etc. Do yourself a favor & take your services to a Firestone Complete Autocare.

Nearly 4 hours for an oil change. Horrible customer service. No apology, no discount. Every single gle person in the waiting area was fuming mad. Do yourself a favor- go anywhere but here. These guys just dont care about you or your car.

I was ready to buy new tires and Emerald would not honor the aligment warranty i bought at another store. Worst customer service. Never going back.
