Wow I have been coming here for 6 years now, crazy. I have watched this store rotate tech after tech, and managers one right after another and they finally have a great team here. The manager Jesus here has really turned this store around in the last 16 months. All I can say is to get treated "fairly" come in and respect the people here, and they will not only respect you in return but get this, theyll even fix your car! If you come in here with ridiculous competition ads and say something like "rotate, balance, and align my tires for $10 like this random company will" you are the one building a bad relationship. My advice is to come in with a smart consumer head on your shoulders and if you dont understand what they found, or agree, ask questions, challenge them within reason, do research (again not bring in competitors ads) please. Dont just blindly take what youre given and trash this business with reviews that only bolster a lack of effort and ignorance on your part. The last thing is hold those youre working with accountable. Ive saved myself hundreds of dollars by keeping tabs on manufacturer recommended maintenance and calling these guys out for not bringing it up or flat out doing it. I have a fantastic relationship with this store and for the first time if I was to move tomorrow I would seriously miss my automotive repair shop lol! Thank you Firestone Beach for taking care of me all these years.

Alright I guess Im going to have to write a bad review. Normally I dont get impatient when it comes to fixing my car , but certainly I am this time. I came in to do a brake pad replacement only for the front and its taking more than 3 days . I HAVENT received an update about my car and havent even got my car back. People have jobs to go to and I literally saw them just put my car on the car lifter and left it there . While helping other cars for the passed days. BRAKE JOBS DONT TAKE MORE THAN 3 DAYS AND CONTINUE to be longer. Ive called them for updates and they told me they havent started. The next still the same thing. Bad reputation for firestone.

I had one tire replaced by this location today. I found out that the rim of the vehicle was deeply scratched up in a circular shape throughout the whole rim (must have happened when they spin the rim on the machine). Open a claim with Firestone Claim Dept. I would not recommend this place and will not return either since this is not the first time it happened. The first time it happened was on my old Acura which I can let go. But this is a 45,000 dollars vehicle. Something needs to be done. Stay away from this place.

Poor customer service. They stop taking cars at 3pm. I pulled up to get an oil change and the guy would not come up to my car, instead he closes the yellow chain. I went inside to ask the man to get an oil change and he said they were too busy. Nobody was doing anything when I pulled up so I find that pretty hard to believe. Seems like bad work ethic and poor customer service to me. You lost a customer who lives literally across the street. Id rather drive somewhere else like Jiffy Lube.

I would personally avoid this place like the dang plague. All I needed was my serpentine belt tightened and they wanted to charge me $120. The job is to loosen a bolt, pull back and tighten the bolt. The guy on the phone says, "I have to pay my technician". The job takes about 2 seconds. If I had the tools I would do it myself, but $120 is ridiculous. You lose customers with outrageous prices.

My car was having issues on the way to work and I stopped here. I was stressed about it, but they put me at ease. They were super nice, patient with my questions and thoroughly explained the problem. Ive never gone to a repair shop where the people were this nice and helpful. Thanks guys!

Waited 3 hours for new tires and an alignment even though I was early for the appointment they gave me. There is zero reason for new tires and an alignment to take that long. Rude staff on top of an excessively long wait. Never coming back.

Been a customer since 2007. Bought several sets of tires, brake repairs & so on. All work & all parts have been excellent. Prices are fair. Service write-ups are accurate. Definitely buy lifetime alignment & tire balancing

Interstate battery replacement! Battery is warranty for 6 yrs and it needed to be replace after 1st year! The guy took care of it without troubles.
