I was told about Mike Gibson from a very reliable source in Pasadena. The charge an honest price and value their work and respect their customers. I am someone who asks questions about car repair and finally someone answers me. Mike and Jean both go over my repair bill, explain to me what needs to be done and when. I needed a major repair, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to find a way to help me save money. Ive never had anyone check in with me to see how my car was, or refer me to someone at a dmv office to try to help out with my smog issues. Ive actually moved 25 miles away, and I still make it a point to bring my car into them. After 40 years - Ive struck Gold.

Gibson was recommended by John at Arcadia Smog. I went by because of my faulty a/c and Alan gave me great honest advise. He said to just wait until the part he thinks may be going bad (switch) goes out - when the compressor just keeps running and running. He also gave me good advise to keep the a/c on inside circulation and not allow air into the car from outside. Finally, Alan saw my coolant reservoir was low and filled it up with water; told me to check my radiator in the morning too. No charge. I would recommend these guys as honest mechanics are very hard to come by. Lisa was very nice too! Thanks, Gary C.

I purchase a used Lexus RX 300 .. Mike and his Techs did a great job on a major service.. Saving me $485.. from dealer estimate.. they were very fast and honest about what needed to be done.. I will go back for future service..!! Great Shop and crew.. very professional..

A true family run business. I really like that theyre kind of a lazy shop - i.e. they wont replace something if it doesnt need to be replaced. Theyve also pulled a few tricks out of their hat on my old car that have impressed me.
