The staff is why I dont come here anymore. Ive been a member at this gym for over a year and they never had hot water. They would let members repeat the hydrospa even though other members are waiting in line. On top of that guy that signed me up put my info in as someone else. I had to prove to them and show them my contract my account number to prove they did it wrong and had to pay for 6 months of back fees cus they never informed me when checking in that I was behind. Then a year and a half later when I finally decided to change home gyms they had a different persons address down. I was, again, looking at my contract with my address and had to talk to a manager to change. This was a new female manager and she informed that the person who signed me up no longer works there. But her tone was extremely rude and condescending! She acted like I was lying. But that was not the point to merely change my address... they had not trained their employees properly and they put me in using someone elses info. I seriously have no idea how he could have done that considering I have the contract in my hand with all the right information. The manager kept asking for my "new" address but its not new! It is my original address and she was not taking ownership for the mistake! I would have excepted her apology if this female manager did not have such a condescending tone. I work in customer service and tone means everything! I will never be going back to this location ever again and will enjoy my new home location in Cerritos! Its a shame because the BP location is so large.

Good selection of equipment with a friendly staff. Decently clean with some wear on the equipment, which is to be understood as it seems to be pretty steadily busy. Need to get the plumbing situation under control went there (5) days and saw at least pooled water on the floor in the locker room on three of them and a totally closed down locker room on one of them due to flood on another day. Pretty hard to hit the weights good when you have the potential of needing in the locker area but know you cant, besides not being able to lock up things from your pockets. I packed up and headed to the Cerritos location.

I returned to this location to sign up but the sales gal was very rude. I asked her to explain the membership (it is a low monthly amount). This young gal refused to tell me anything unless I filled out a form first (name, contact, email). Who trained her. Like answering a few questions is difficult. If she would smile it would crack her face... Really, where does she get an attitude like that. I walked out as I do not need that in my day.... I read the other reviews... My problem isnt with the gym itself. I really liked going there. My problem is with the fact that for the last 2 years I have been trying to cancel my membership. I have sent the letters stating why I would like to cancel. When I lived in the state I went into the location and tried to cancel and was told I couldnt because there was no manager on duty(? ) why cant any staff member cancel it? I am well out of my contract now and still cant seem to end this. Never have I had just an issue before. Planet fitness as a company needs to fix this!

I used to love this Gym and Location! But I am now having major issued with Planet Fitness and the way they handle their customers and memberships! I was robbed leaving my last visit to a Planet Fitness in Sacramento! I no longer feel safe going to this gym and planet fitness could care less! They still want me to pay to go a gym I no longer feel safe goin to or pay to cancel my membership! If it were up to me i would like to keep my membership but how is it my fault you put your gym in an unsafe location!

I love PF in Buena Park. My cousins who live on Euclid have a PF thats closer to them there but they choose to drive to this one because the equipment is plentiful and new. They also say there are equipment at Buena Park PF that they dont have at the PF closer to where they live. I was excited to see that a PF was finally opening up in my area and now that I am officially a member, the experience has exceeded my expectations :)

Recently joined and the same day of joining was already telling everyone how nice and clean it was! Staff is super friendly and helpful; no pressure to join or upgrade. Within the week I had already upgraded to enjoy the spa area. I was pleasantly surprised with all you get for such little cost. A clean gym that smells good and had friendly people motivated me to go.

Manager Yahaira super rude. worst service ibe received in years.. highly recommend goimg elsewhere.. please note 99.9% of my reviews are all positive.. She needs to expand her vocabulary with words like Please, Thank you, i apologize. I hope ownership spend time on retraining her on how to treat customers

Gym is in decent condition but like every PF gyms lacks free weights, no pools, has some silly lunk alarm, and doesnt have any equipment that you could involve balance and strength at the same time. Some of the staff is nice while others are some bratty little kids. Anyways, at least its open 24/7.

The gym is pretty brand new so the equipment is fairly good condition. The only qualms I have about this gym is the lack of squat racks and benching areas. Sure they have smith machines, but you just dont feel the same when its an assisted movement versus using your core to stabilize the weight.

Great place to workout with lots of machines. Friendly staff...can be busy tho during peak hours. WiFi is ok...again when busy lots of drops. Tanning booths, massage chairs and hydro massage beds a great benefit of the black card. Overall a very good place

Nikko Giron and Illiana Duarte are the best trainers. If you need real advice on workout, do yourself a favor and ask for these two awesome people. They will help you out without putting any firewalls. Am sore but am happy!

dont do the ab thing i almost killed myself on it i was sore for days after only doing 4 sit up things but other than that this place is great for working out cute boys too

10 per month gym is a hard to find deal. Considering its monthly fee, it has good selection of equipment s and clean environment.
