Walked into the La Habra La Fitness store today with my wife and spoke to a salesman named "Mo" to get pricing. He wouldnt give me his last name by the time all was said and done. We were already planning on signing up regardless of the price really, we just wanted to decide whether we were going to keep our YMCA membership at the same time. We told "Mo" that we were not going to sign up at this moment because we were short on time and just needed pricing. He would NOT give us pricing no matter what we said! He kept telling us "Well, why dont you go check out some other gyms, get pricing and come back in when youre serious". The rudeness was pouring out of him. I couldnt believe it. Dude, we just need some pricing real quick and well be back. "Well im not going to give you any pricing till your serious and ready to join". My wife and I stood up and proceeded to leave as he yells to the people sitting at the front desk, " Pfft, Haha, these guys are trying to hardball me". We proceeded to get into an argument after that at which time he was yelling at me to "go to 24 hour fitness which was cheaper, we dont need you here". I didnt need cheaper. I just wanted the use of another gym besides YMCA so my wife could use some of the bike classes and such. I will never go back to this place again. After reading a lot of the comments online before posting this I can see a lot of other people have had problems with LA fitness as well. Get some people skills there "Mo"!

Joined there, worked out there, was working there, quit there, and now im not there. If you are a cheap SOB and you dont want to spend an extra $9.99 a month to upgrade to GOLDS GYM FULLERTON, then you deserve this gym. Listen.. they play baby making music and slow country music during peak hours. The gym is silent, without ear phones you feel like youre in a retirement home filled with elders. Also , chock stains everywhere that it might even be a hazard.. The ceilings are so small that it does not filter the air correctly.. Or at least in the weight room.. overall Ive been a member here since I was 14.. now im 25.. still surprised this place is alive. Probably people like me who never go to that specific gym but still pay for no reason lol. Once in awhile ill stop by but overall.. you guys need to go to Golds Fullerton. Pay only $9 dollars for the experience that will make such a difference.. you wont go back again.

the management here has been and always will be garbage. they NEVER have basketballs because they dont employ a logically reasonable collateral system because apparently that is too difficult for these worthless lazy degenerates. when asking one of the available degenerates if he would kindly employ a reasonable collateral system, the sad clown... (will find his nametag soon) smiles through his fake mask and casually continues about his hopelessly lazy existence as a worthless individual. the equipment is never well organized. no one routinely sweeps the basketball courts. it is absolutely hilarious the negligence by which the management here operates. every single employee here would be replaced by a more reasonable employer.

i cant complain about the actual gym itself. the equipment works, theres a basketball court, its not as crowded as other LA fitnesses (i.e. diamond bar, brea). the roof is leaky when it rains (very evident on the basketball floor) but hey, its an older building. the customer service is lazy. i dont bring wallet or keys with me when i go to the gym (i just bring my keyless entry fob for my car) and for years, ive just given my phone number as ID to get into LA fitness clubs (i go to diamond bar, brea, west LA, and this location pretty routinely) and this was the only club where the front desk told me they cant keep taking my phone number as itll slow them down. they arent that busy. lazy asses! the manager, he is not nice!!

Been coming to this gym for 9 years now and it just keeps going down hill. The equipment is new but the staff does not always do what they need to to make it a nice gym. Instead of putting new soap in the bathroom they fill it with water so you get a little bit of soapy water. The locker room is not remodeled and this is the only one I have seen with the old lockers and some are broken. Sometimes the towel dispensers have no paper towels. Overall I still go here because I use to like this gym. It is now very crowded because the La Mirada La Fitness closed down. Lucky for me I am also a 24hr member so I do not have to tolerate with all of its short comings.

Been here for a few weeks and found out their was a problem with my account. When I signed up I was told they would include an option to bring in two guests for free every visit. After three weeks of enjoying this option I find out I dont have that option and am told in front of employees and customers by the operations manager that my wife can not work out. Steve has zero customer service skills and has forgot how to treat the people that are paying his salary. After leaving we cleared everything up with another location and now have the "bring a guest option."

Looks like the staff at this gum doesnt pick up the weights at all during peak hours. My gf and I have been working out there for the past month and the area is ALWAYS MESSY! The staff there has NO pride in their gym, which was explained to me happened by the staff at all clubs when we enrolled. This LA Fitness DOES NOT live up to other L.A. Fitness clubs at all...a shameful representation of an L.A. Fitness. They should be ashamed.

Renovated or not, this place has a stench right when you walk in and it lingers throughout the club. The mens locker room was gross and run down. To add insult to injury, the restroom only had 2 stalls available, of which one had the toilet paper dispenser ripped off of the wall, barely hanging by the last thread on a toggle bolt. This place is disgusting compared to other clubs around the la and oc area.

Its smells, over crowded ,the gym members are very inconsiderate about other members, hogging up the equipment and never picking up after themselves. Leaving scattered wieghts everywhere, Its a scavenger hunt trying to find a set of dumbell weights every time. Now the locker rooms, thats another rant for another for post. This is the Worst gym Ive ever been too. I cant wait to find something better.

I like the water temperature at this la fitness in La Habra. The staffs there are nice and I always can use the exercise machine such as treadmills, cycling, swimming pool is soooo good. It does not over load of people in the club for anytime I come except the time there is classes at the swimming pool. I love the water temperature there. I highly recommend this club.

very nice gym, just remodeled. all equipmet is new and the place is never crowded. i spend 2 hrs every day and never have a complaint. the new manager david gomez is professional and gets things done. everything you need from pool, classes basketball and raquetball courts is at la fitness la habra. if you need a membership ask for david he will give you the best price.
