I have been going to this gym back when it was NOC and one of the main reasons I stay is because of the family like atmosphere and the awesome trainers Curtis, Paul, Trevor, and specifically Coach Billy. Before I had my baby, Billy helped me get in the best shape of my life loosing 4 pant sizes, and I am back at it again! Billy is very personable and helps you stay accountable to your fitness goals. He can see it in your face, when your head lies to you and says you have had enough for the day... then here comes Billy right there to remind why you are there, to persevere and do not give up!!!! Going forward ...I would recommend this gym if you are serious about getting in shape and need a team to help you on accountability with your fitness goals.If you are price shopping UFC Gym may be higher in price than 24 hours, but rightfully so, it is undeniably worth it and the results I seek are obtained way quicker at UFC than any other gym I have joined. Its about time I show UFC GYM some love. I live in the neighborhood and have been coming in a few times per week to spin for the last several months. Spin is what you make of it, but the format for their classes is great. I know Im going to get a great workout every time. Two thumbs up for Allyzons classes on Monday / Wednesday evenings and Tuesday / Thursday early mornings. Great music. Great attitude.

I remember when I first visited this gym and wanting to start immediately.There was plenty of bags and even had a cage for sparring! The coaches were all trained fighters and one was even fighting for bellator. These guys were all friendly and great people all around. I just wish it was a little bigger but it gets the job done!

The worst experience ever. They dont teach you anything. I went there for boxing but if you want to learn the basic is "extra" Make sure to read the small print on the contract. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS

Try calling him five different times they never answer their phone I understand if youre busy but theres no answer machine so therefore that shows the character of this company
