After multiple difficulties with a local dealership, I was referred to Boradoris for a second opinion for major repairs. It was found that these repairs were not necessary!! The work that was needed cost 2/3s of the money I had set aside for the "dealership" repairs. That day I became a member of the "Boradori family." They have always been thorough, honest, efficient and cost-effective! They have kept my now 13 year old car on the road and I have been ever grateful for all they do...the dependable work, the shuttle service, refreshments in the waiting area, cookies, and even the fresh flowers! I now live in Sacramento, but do not trust anyone else with my car. Jeff and company are the best shop I have ever dealt with and I will continue to drive 100 miles to Chico for all my service and repair needs.

There are not enough words to convey how great Boradori Automotive in Chico California is when servicing their customers. Ive have had the best-of-the-best experiences when dealing with the issues of owning an aging vehicle. The service providers at Boradori have always been up-front and honest and have always given excellent workmanship and have always backed their warranties!!! Always!!! Without complaint... without hidden language... without gimmick, tricks, inflated costs, or finger pointing. For a business to stay in business for over 35 years means they know how to treat their customers. I recommend avoiding the inflated overhead of the local dealerships for the fair, reasonable, and courteous experience that is given by the loyal Boradori professionals.

I had a great experience at Boradori. My car was diagnosed and fixed within a day. The staff are very friendly and the prices were very fair. I went there one time before for a transmission flush because it was about 100 dollars less than at the original place I went. They also have a complimentary shuttle which enabled me to avoid an expensive cab ride home. Overall, the people working there are very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I will definitely take my car back for maintenance and anything else that may come up.

Its funny, Boradori is a family business and I guess you can say we are a family of customers. My Dad has been taking his vehicles to Boradori for years and Ive followed in his footsteps. The guys at the shop are trustworthy and they work hard to get the job done right. Id recommend the shop if you are looking for a place to get good work done with honesty and integrity.

Jeff and Jack run an efficient, professional and knowledgable shop. I have been taking my automobiles there for 19 years and have never been disappointed. Chico has many Automotive Repair shops, but few offer the kind of personal care and integrity that Boradori offers. Here you get what you pay for!

The people there were so rude and it made me cringe. They quoted me $2600 to do a job at another shop ended up charging me $1100 to do and they still charged me $240 to diagnosed the and give me a quote. Plus they left it all taken apart when I came back to pick it up.

I love this place! I always leave feeling like my car is in good hands and I dont have to worry about anyone price gouging me for being female. They also offer an assortment of beverages in the waiting area, which I believe was just remodeled. How cool is that?!

Was quoted for a window motor/regulator for $110, until about an hour into the maintenance...when they upped the price to $400....I refused to pay this much and still had to pay the $110 for the labor...will not recommend or ever come here again
