I took my 03 Acura RSX to Firestone for a simple tire balancing job. I was told at the counter that they would not do it because a tire had a bad repair on it. The manager then began to pressure me to get new tires. My tires were low on thread but I knew there were still some left according to the indicator marks on them, so I turned down the new tires. My tires were then reinstalled and the keys returned. The moment I pulled out of the Firestone parking lot my car began making a very loud mechanical scraping sound. This was not there before the visit! I immediately brought the car back to Firestone. They inspected it... and wanted to charge me 55 bucks for the inspection! Come to find out... the front lower ball joints had slipped out of the knuckle and is now scratching against drive axel. They showed me my car with jacks under the front control arms... and estimated the repair would be about $1000. It was a horrible experience! My car was fine before I brought it to Firestone, now they want me to pay for damages they did to my car! Im going to Legal, and Base and Automotive business authorities to report this to put these crooks out of business. Hopefully no one else here will have this problem. Be WARNED!

Had a flat, so I swapped out with the spare. Took the flat to these guys at 9am, was informed it would be repaired by 1pm. Came back at 1:30 and was told to wait. By 2 pm the repair was done and I reinstalled the repaired tire, checked the air pressure and everything was fine. After work I got a flat tire code on my dash. Checked the air pressure and it was at 12 psi on the repaired tire. Came back at 4pm and was informed I would either have to leave the car for 2-3 hours or take the tire off myself and leave it there for the same amount of time. So I proceeded to swap tires in the parking lot. A mechanic came by and immediately apologized and assisted me. The mechanic took the tire, found the leak, and repaired it within 30 minutes and reinstalled it himself. This place has good mechanics but terrible customer service in the front of the house. The girl with red hair is rude and incompetent.

Not my first bad experience with this shop. Ive tried to get an alignment here before and they find a reason not to do it. I bought the lifetime alignment thinking it would be a good deal. I make an appointment with these guys for 4 pm, they finally get the car on the rack at almost 5. 45 minutes later Im finally out of there. I look at the spec sheet later, and they barely changed anything! Im lowered with camber bolts installed. The OEM sheet they attached specified around -1.5° camber, and the beginning and after spec both read about +1 camber. I wish I could get a refund for the lifetime alignment.

I have a 91 acura integra which is in need of a new CV Halfshaft / passenger side axel... they priced this job with parts and labor at 600 something.. i was shocked... why would i pay this much when i could purchase a brand new one from autozone for 69.99 and replace myself at the auto hobby shop which charges $5 an hour to use there tools... ridiculous... f*** firestone.. thats what i say...they are still highly priced... there are better mechanics at more decent prices in the local area please look around...

I was halfway pleased with my service. I took it in for a standard brake change, and it ended with a $220 bill. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. There was one women there who was the rudest, most unhelpful person Ive dealt with at a business. She made it seem like it was a problem helping me ust check out. When she called me, Id ask a question and she acted like a asked for a kidney or something. So all in all, the shop is average....but stay away from Maria Martinez. VERY UNHELPFUL

Not the best around. Replaced the wrong front axle hub and then only refunded me for the part not the service. On a second occasion spilled oil all over my exhaust manifold and I had to smell burning oil for a week. Not ever coming back, regret that I didnt insist for a full refund on that hub job.

When I was waiting for my jeep to get done with a simple oil change and tire rotation that is taking almost two hours. I saw a mechanic moch a women who has been waiting 3 hours. Very rude! My jeep better be immaculate or Im going to have a few things to say to the manager.

HORRIBLE! After my oil change the radiator fluid was empty! The tech didnt put the cap secure enough and it leaked out while driving. Also another fluid cap wasnt snapped shut afterwards. What if I didn't notice? My truck would of needed major repairs!!

I always seem to get great service here. I take all 3 of my vehicles here and have been very pleased with the service and the price. They are very busy and it takes some time, but if you plan right its ok. I would recommend them.
