Its not possible to write too many good things about the quality of service, the employees, workmanship, and competitive pricing at Contra Costa Auto Service (CCAS): I havent received attention, care, or quality like this in some time, and everybody at CCAS has consistently gone above and beyond what I have become accustomed to: they provide an outstanding experience, a perfectly repaired vehicle, and have assisted me --at no extra charge-- with unexpected smaller issues. Subsequent visits always find fast, friendly assistance and quality results. I was once devoted to my dealership, but after a friend recommended CCAS to me, I thought I would price them out and give them a try. Im glad I did because I could not be more pleased with the relationship Ive established with CCAS, from the front office to the shop floor to the end result. This is first-rate work done by real people who are friendly, honest, assiduous, and exacting. Not only do I returned whenever I have automotive needs: I also recommend CCAS to family and friends. This is more than just five-star service: this is business as it was done when I was young, person-to-person, on the level, and perfectly square. If one can forego frills like blaring televisions and free coffee and long, inconvenient waits, then one will certainly want to check out CCAS. Whether an oil change or something more involved, youll be glad you did.

Keith and Dan at Contra Costa Auto are awesome! They diagnosed my problem, was very informative, professional;..they did not over price or sell extra services, like some other places try do......(transmission needed to be replaced; repaired the issue and had my car up and running within a day! They are not after your money.... They want to earn your trust....Well - They got mine!!!!!

My Car recently failed smog check and I took my car to this shop. These people are real experts in this business. They are honest and they fix things with reasonable rates. I strongly recommend this shop, they do not rip off people. They fix the things so that your car will pass the smog test.
