Ken and Concord Auto Service is a wonderful shop I am glad I am acquainted. Not only does Ken provide quality service at an incredibly reasonable price, but he goes above and beyond. I had received a quote for brakes for my 2006 Mini from an alternate shop, and they were just going to put cheap pads on my car. When I called Ken, I knew that he would give me an honest evaluation. Not only did Ken give me an honest evaluation, but he got me BMW parts for a price at a fraction of the cost, was able to get my car in relatively quickly, and had my car finished before the promise time. I am so glad that I am a customer of Kens. Thanks so much for taking care of my Coop!

Ken, owner of Concord Auto Service is truly an honest mechanic. I trust Ken with my baby: my 2004 Subaru Forrester. He is able to diagnose a problem and tell you about what needs to be done and what the priorities are so you can budget accordingly. Dont forget that they also do things as simple as an oil change and a much better job than those chain oil change shops that dont really care about you and your automobile. Thank you Concord Auto Service for being there when I need you!

I always feel confident with Kens findings. He has diagnosed the ailments my old car has had and some I have had done and others will not help a 20 year old car. He is honest and never makes you feel he is talking to just a woman. I greatly appreciate his honesty, fast service and good manners.
