As a single woman, its hard to trust anyone nowadays with any sort of repair services. 5 star was recommended to me, and I have never been disappointed. They have serviced my Honda Pilot now for 3 years. Always honest, helpful, straight forward with what I need, what I should have done, and what can wait. I would recommend this automotive service to anyone who wants professional work done, at a fair price, always timely and always, always with integrity and a smile. You cannot go wrong. Oh yes, and the time that I got my seat belt stuck in my drivers side door, they were able to take the door off, not cost me an arm and a leg and not even laugh at my stupidity. Now thats the sign of a good, no grrreat repair shop!

We have been taking our cars to Five Star for 10+ years. As an Engineer, I am often been skeptical on auto service work. This team has eliminated my concern about their work ethics and honesty multiple time. I rage about Brian to my friends. They have performed all types of service and are absolutely fair and honest. It would be very easy for Brian to take advantage our ignorance in car repairs and he has always been very straight foreword. On the rare occasion that there was an issue with his work or his ability to finish the work when promised, he made the situation more than right.

I have always been satisfied with the service at 5 Star, and especially recently they have been going above and beyond in dealing with a no-longer-running vehicle of mine, as well as servicing another (even took initiative to ask the tire guys next door to give me an estimate). Always trustworthy and will explain the problems and solutions in detail, so I never feel like they are "putting one over" on me. When money is tight, they will also tell you what the highest priorities are to fix, especially when it comes to safety. Great guys!

Great local business. Small shop. High Integrity. Quality Service. Ive been going there for years. Very trustworthy and sensible with quality technicians. Run by a couple of guys who appear to be friends or family. Very comfortable. Reliable. Reasonable. Great alternative to high cost dealerships with questionable motives and quality. Dealer certification doesnt mean anything to me. These guys are great. Their mechanics are very reliable and the recommendations are always right on target. Repairs last. Safe.

I rarely take offers from door-knockers. However, a few years ago I purchased a $60 card for oil changes and other services from a new startup mechanic. This panned out to be one of the best purchase decisions I ever made. 5- Star not only lived up to all expectations 100%, but I can truely applaud their consistency and loyality to endorse them as "best mechanic" Ive had in over 4 decades of auto ownership.

I have received good service from this family run business. It is a small shop atmosphere and that is a plus for me. I take two vehicles here and feel comfortable about the results that I get. Honesty and good service/work is what I was looking for when I found Bruce and Bruce and thus far have been quite happy. A great break from the schtick the dealerships put you through!

I have been taking my Toyota Corolla to Five Star for many years. I have nothing but a high five to Brian and Brian for giving me prompt, affordable auto service. I always leave with a few laughs , too. My car is up in the years but they keep it running reliable and smooth sailing. Yo Ho Ho to Five Star Auto!!!

Ive been going to this place for years. Ive always found them to be helpful and fair. They let me know what needs to be done, and what can wait. They seem honest, and never pushy. I trust these guys. They even let me know what it was time to sell my car to avoid high maintenance costs (if only Id listened!).

Took my car in for a service and left with a missing part...and all the Manager Brian Smith had to say was he didnt know and does my job drug test...I guess my skin was the wrong color ⚫ for respectable service, deal with five star at your own risk!

Exceptional. I have been taking my Durango to 5 Star since it opened without a single problem of any kind - which is pretty amazing with a vehicle that is getting old. They are good mechanics, good business people and good folk.

trustworthy, friendly, and they do a great job. that is all you can ask of your mechanics. only slight downside is the location because there isnt much around the shop if you have to wait a little bit.
