I had my radiator flushed/filled here when I first moved to Cali, and got a tuneup while I was at it since it had been a while. The work took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but overall the experience was enjoyable. I never felt that they were trying to push me into anything I didnt want, and the one thing they suggested (getting my belt replaced) was actually legitimate, as it was definitely showing signs of wear. They actually told me I didnt need it right away, but gave me the price quote so I knew how much itd be when I did come back. Even though I dont live in Corona anymore Id probably make the drive back here just for the service alone next time I need maintenance done. Highly recommended.

I WAS QUOTED A PRICE FOR 4 FIRESTONE DESTINATION A/T TIRES FOR $569 OUT THE DOOR, CALLED THE NEXT MORNING TO SCHEDULE TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED, WAS TOLD BRING IT IN AND LEAVE IT, SO I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO SO AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR PRICE! AND WAS TOLD THE PERSON I SPOKE TO THE DAY BEFORE WAS NOT IN AND WAS A REGIONAL MANAGER. SO I ASKED THEN TO PHONE HOM AND THEY REFUSED. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AFTER 17 YEARS!

Need a appointment at the Firestone off Main St in Corona or expect to wait hours. If you want a quick turnaround dont bother going here. I was there first thing in the morning and was told to make a appointment or come back hours later. I guess you do not need any walk-in business.

Josh and Anthony are the best! Ive been here multiple times over the last few years and they Always take care of me! Great customer service and honest. They make going to the mechanic less painful lol happy customer! Thanks guys!

Got in and out with Bold face service standards.. Very cold customer service.. The Manager was not at all customer oriented.. appeared and looked very rude.. Good thing , he didnt utter a word..

I took my car for a new battery waited 3 hours, job never done so I took my car somewhere else and they said to wait only 40 minutes.
