I found Accurate Auto quite by accident. Not knowing that Ted and his shop have been a mainstay in Mission Viejo for decades, I went in simply to get a smog check and left knowing why Ted has stayed in business for so long. Ted was honest, polite, and professional. I have since taken my car back several times for service where Teds mechanic, Tom, has done the repairs quickly and with precision. Reliable and trustworthy auto shops with personal customer service are rare to come by. Accurate Auto fits this bill-a true gem of a business.
