I will forever be grateful to Gregg Walker and The Walker Funeral & Cremation services employees. A week before my mother passed away like a blessing I came across their offices. The hospice nurse had recommended that we look into my mothers burial services. I felt lost, heartbroken, and devastated. As soon as my dad and I spoke to Gregg walker my heart felt warm and comfort started to settle in. Aaron his assistant was able to answer and explain everything to my dad in Spanish. Gregg gave us a very affordable quote and was very understanding of our financial situation. He was very compassionate of our situation and reassured to us that everything was going to be taken care of instead of worrying and feeling lost we as a family were able to spend the last week with her knowing all the arrangements were ready and one week later when the time came all we did was give them a call they took care of everything just like they promised. We were able to spend the last few minutes with her and the day of her Burial she looked beautiful they captured her image and she seemed intact most importantly she seemed at peace. Lisa (Greggs Wife) and his assistant Aaron were very supportive the day of my mothers funeral, they took care of every little detail. Overall their services were exceptional, The service and burial was just perfect.

My Father died suddenly and unexpectedly in 2007. I was his only child living in the same State as him; I was so lost, I didn't know what to do or who to contact. And, I also have multiple sclerosis. I was such a mess! Gregg Walker literally walked me through the whole process, he offered his wisdom and had so many resources that I never even thought of. Gregg was able to bury my father with full military honors at Arlington, Riverside. My father loved Huntington Beach, he owned a business there from 1961 to 1989 so Gregg helped me scatter his ashes from an airplane over the HB Pier. My father would have loved his service; Military Color Guard, flag ceremony and bag pipes. But the best thing is Walker Funeral keeps a website of our departed loved ones so you can stop by for a visit, leave a message or read what others wrote. I was on the website last night, my Dad was heavy on my mind. And he is still there, after 4 years! So comforting... While you may not need this service or want go think about it, it is very comforting to have such a caring, wise and compassionate person when you are at your most vulnerable. I would like to thank the Walker Family business, especially Gregg Walker, for his professionalism, respect, understanding and support. My grandfather passed unexpectedly, and Gregg helped us through every aspect of planning the funeral will full military honors and Catholic services. He was willing to meet with us late at night, took time to explain everything, and took great care in ensuring that every aspect of the funeral was top-notch. As a veteran, a Catholic, and a local resident, he was very knowledgeable in assisting us. He was also very compassionate to my family and treated us with dignity and respect, which I much appreciate. He took care of every detail, and we did not have to stress at all. I recommend this business highly!

I want to thank the Walker family for their love and support during the passing of my father and grandmother. They both passed away about a year apart and Gregg and Lisa were always there for us.For example, Gregg picked up the phone late at night when I called him about my grandmother passing. It was very very obvious they truly cared about our sorrow. We know the Walker family from church and our childrens Catholic school. I had one less worry when I had the Walkers help us with the funerals because I truly trusted them. Every year they acknowledge the passing of my father with a sweet remembrance card. It has been 5 years since my fathers death and the Walkers have never forgotten. Thank you.

Having been to two beautiful funerals handled by Gregg for my in-laws, I knew that I wanted Walker Family Funeral Services to handle the arrangements for my father. We were not disappointed. From the level of dignity afforded my father, a Navy veteran, the evening of his passing to the professionalism throughout the whole burial planning process as well as the coordinating actual burial at Riverside National Cemetery, Walker Family and staff demonstrated a level of sincerity and expertise that made us feel cared for and taken care of during a difficult time.
