My family and I had a terrible experience there. When I called to ask questions I was told they couldnt answer them. I was calling to find out what time we can go in to set up and how long we have for the services. We went to bring my fathers clothes in but they couldnt take them because we didnt have an appointment to drop them off. Our father just passed away. Why do you make it difficult for those who are grieving over their loved ones. I wish I could give it a 0 instead of 1 star.

I was not at all happy with how my we were treated and the lack of professionalism the employees showed my loved one. Everyone working there had different answers and when I called to ask a few questions, I was treated rudely and hung up on. Dont take your loved ones her. They deserve better and should be treated as such
