Ordered a white and black corsage. Pretty simple, right? The florist showed me a picture of a black and white corsage when I ordered it to confirm. Indeed, that black and white corsage was the one I wanted. Upon picking up the corsage, it had purple filler flowers (remember, I ordered black and white). PURPLE. Incompetent? Perhaps. I also noticed that the corsage looked nothing like the picture. In fact, my first thought was, "Wow, this looks like a boutonniere. I wonder if I could have made this." It was perhaps the worst "corsage" I have ever seen. I left extremely disappointed, but decided to call them back a few minutes after I left to see why they had put purple flowers in the corsage. The lady answered the phone and gave me some fancy florist terms saying that it was what I wanted. Aha. Right. So the place not only got the colors wrong, but they made a truly simplistic, awful looking "corsage" (I truly wonder if I could have made what they had made myself), and then they blamed the customer.

I was crystal clear on the phone. I gave the floral designer latitude to do something fresh and fun in the $50 range. (I wanted to spend $40 but was told they would not deliver if I spent $40 -- grrrrhhh since I was spending $12.99 for the delivery). This arrangement was going to friend who broken her foot and was recuperating in a hospital in Huntington Beach. I provided the recipients information and requested a receipt -- after all I was spending $67 with tax -- and had NO IDEA what I could be getting. I asked Conroys to send me a photo by text and a receipt by email. No receipt. No picture. No idea what I got or if someone had a nice lunch with my money. Live and learn. Never again!

Ordered flowers for a funeral, 2 days in advance. Received a call at 11:30 on the day of the funeral that they did not have the type of flowers that I ordered and would it be ok for a substitution. I reluctantly agreed although it really wasnt what I wanted however, with little to no time left before the funeral started, I had no choice. The funeral started at 1pm. I left the church at 2:30 and the flowers had still not arrived. Anna at Conroys advised that the flowers were in fact delivered and she could not do anything for me. WOW!!! I was AT THE CHURCH and there were no flowers.

They didnt make a delivery time that I had placed two weeks ahead of time. When I went in to ask Anna what happened she said she was calling the cops and I needed to leave the property. I stayed and the cops never came but some thugs showed up theating to fight me.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I ordered four items from them and they only delivered one. I tried to contact them about it and was unable to reach anyone.
