9/2008: Very bad customer service, rude, unprofessional towards customers and mailbox renters. New owner and his family who works there have no idea what customer service means in this country. I used to rent mailbox there and had to switch to different place because of bad service. I will never go there again! Bad service, bad attitude, overcharging always!
