We order from Amazon all the time and are used to deliveries during week days. Its never an issue since there is always someone home. We got a text that our item was delivered, but nobody heard the doorbell or a knock, so we checked both the mail and the front porch and there was nothing. The details of the delivery status said was left at the front door. We drove to the next street to see if maybe they had delivered it to the wrong house and didnt see a package on their porch. When we called OnTrac and told them what happened we were told that they would contact the driver and find out what happened and give us a call back. They never did. After three hours and no update, we contacted them again and this time were told that they had paged the driver and that he would be making the delivery by 8 pm, and we could expect either the package or a "door hanger". Needless to say they never showed up so they get one star because I couldnt give less than that. They either delivered it to the wrong house (careless), or dropped it on our front porch without ringing the bell or knocking to alert us so we could get it before it was stolen (careless). Neither is a service that Id want to pay for. And then they tell you something and never do it. "Well call you" (they dont), "The driver will return" (he didnt). Sounds like they should leave this service to the people who have integrity and know what theyre doing. We made sure to notify Amazon after we werent getting the call from OnTrac and they issued a refund and had us reorder the item with next day shipping - the price for which they waived. When we expressed concern that the same carrier would get the package we were assured that it would be handled and not to worry. The replacement I noticed is being delivered by UPS. Im hoping this will be the case moving forward. Nothing like crappy service and lies.

At this moment, I have 3 Dungeness crabs that instead of being at my house are who knows where because they dont have enough sense to see that the street spelling and zip code didnt match. Yes, the shipper misspelled the street name-it was off by one letter, but OnTrac has been to my home numerous times in the past and as recently as 2 days ago. All they had to do was run the zip code and the correct spelling would have shown up. I guess that was just too much work for a company that doesnt go that extra mile. Their website says theyre open Saturdays until 12am-that means midnight. They actually close at noon, so Ive wasted so much time on hold today for a company that not only didnt answer their customer service phone number because they were closed, but couldnt even put a recording on their phone number to let people know they were closed so I wouldnt have waited on hold for 30 minutes or attempted several subsequent calls.

I had never even heard of this company before until Amazon shipped my product with this company. I ordered 4 products and all other products were shipped with UPS or USPS. This one for some reason was with ontrac. Surprise surprise I got all other products even though my tracking order said it was delivered last week. I read the reviews on here and tried to decide if it was even worth calling them or not. I tried. And no one answered of course. So I called Amazon and told them what happened. It took all of 5:55 to not only speak to someone, but be put on a brief hold for one minute and then be told my order would be replaced and be delivered within the next few days, as well as a complaint to the company. Weird. Amazon has their stuff together. This place is horrible. Do not use them at all. And if you do, call Amazon to get a replacement and demand it be through a different carrier.

This company needs to do something about all these nasty reviews theyve been receiving from unsatisfactory customers. You should be thankful for this one star (just because I cannot post this review without giving at least one) Last Friday, I have waited all day for my package since the tracking says "Service Commitment Time: by end of day" , NOT ONLY THAT I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE THAT DAY (AND CALLING THEM WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE).... BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE NEXT DAY I TRACKED IT, IT WAS DELIVERED AND SIGNED BY (GUESS WHO?) ME!??? MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED AND YET, YOUR DRIVER HAD THE GUTS TO SIGNED MY NAME ON IT??? WTH!! ONTRAC, WAKE UP! SOME OF YOUR DELIVERY PERSONNEL ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!

Tried to contact the driver through customer service as our house was flooded and was wrapped in a plastic bubble for mold remediation. We were told this wasnt possible. However when I said the driver wouldnt have the gate code and obviously we wouldnt be here to answer the door he miraculously had a way to pass on this information. This company apparently has no concern for its drivers as they would rather have them deliver to a contaminated house than to help arrange an alternate meeting site. If this is the company Amazon Prime uses may need to reconsider my online ordering preferences.

I guess they rely on Google to map their routes because my house currently is not on Google and they failed to deliver a package two days in a row claiming they have the wrong address. Ive received 100+ of packages via FedEx, UPS and USPS without any issues. Amazon confirmed the address was correct, yet they still didnt deliver the package on the second attempt. They even had my phone number and didnt try calling when they still couldnt find it. I had to call myself and show them where the house was on Bing Maps. Hopefully, I dont have to deal with these guys again.

This company sucks! I will not order anything from Amazon unless the parcel is delivered by FedEx,UPS, or the USPS...... I ordered a hookah pipe to be delivered YESTERDAY, waited all day even stood outside no delivery! But the tracking says they made a delivery attempt! Bullshit! Last Xmas I ordered a tablet, ontrac said the driver left at door? who would leave a nexus 7 tablet on the front step of a apartment complex?????! Horrible company Amazon shouldnt contract with them especially if you pay extra for same day delivery!

Ontrac is the absolute worst delivery company in Las Vegas. I shudder when I see that Ontrac is delivering one of my packages to me...I feel like cancelling the order. 60-70% of the packages they deliver come late to me. They have delivered my packages to the wrong person multiple times. USPS and UPS have never failed to deliver a package to me. Why Amazon and Newegg use their "services" is beyond me. They have incompetent delivery people. Try calling them, no one ever picks up the phone at their company.

Company is so low budget that for three weeks the same driver keeps delivering parcels with a handheld signature device with no stylus, and the screen doesnt even display anything. So every package the driver marks them scanned by M. Maria. No such name at my address. cheap company and so visible by the reviews. While I am writing this I am on hold trying to call them, but there is no option to press for basic cust svce or representative. The closest option is TRACK YOUR PACKAGE. What a joke company.
