When I first got there the lady was very nice and they got to do my business cards, I left her my previous one with all my information to be the same, the only things to be change were pictures, she did it very well, and was happy until, I got them and they made a mistake with my phone number, I went back and they say it was my fault because I approved them, I mentioned that the only thing it was to be change was the pictures, anyway the gentleman was very rude and he offer a very small discount saying it was my fault, he made me feel he was doing me a favor, excuse me but as a business person this is not the way to treat new clients. I went to other printer and they were not only way below the price I had paid with these Xpress people but better quality as well.

Xpress Print in Palm Desert exemplifies the definition of print on demand. The quality of my 200 brochures looked as good as, or better than, 5,000 run full color process jobs I’ve done with big names like Spangler Graphics and Vista Print. Fedex Office and Alpha Graphics don’t even compare. Dave and Mike went above and beyond to see that my tight deadline was met. Mike’s digital wizardry turned a low-res file into digital perfection and then he came in at the crack of dawn to insure the score and fold was flawless. I was met with a beautiful smile this morning when I picked up my order. Thanks to everyone at Xpress Print for making me a hero at the office.

I was ignored and treated like I was bothering the clerk. He was rude and disrespectful and acted like I took him away from a guy who he was talking to that worked there. He didnt want to help me at all. Then acted like I was the one wrong when he left me to help other people. I will drive out of the valley so as NOT to EVER go back there and be treated that way. The guy with the bun on top of his head was absolutely deplorable . Actually they didnt deserve not even one star. . I went to KO Notery and was treated with dignity and their customer service skills were a 10.

If you plan to get a fingerprint scan here, be careful! The LiveScan they did for me contained many errors and was rejected by the state police. I sent a letter with all of the documentation to manager Lindsay Welty in July but she has so far refused to refund my money for the faulty scan. Clearly not the way to do business if you dont stand behind your product! [On a personal note, the faulty scan delayed the start of my new job.]
