I recently just moved to North Carolina from Idaho. I had left my cherished china that has been passed down from generation to generation back in Caldwell with my nephew. I figured it would be more safe to send it than to have it bump around in the moving truck across the country. My nephew went into this store and asked a million questions. Without hesitation the employees answered every question direct on and with great enthusiasm. When he brought back my 500 piece china set, they came out to his car and helped him take in EVERY SINGLE piece. Then, they did the all time greatest packaging job I have ever seen. Each item was wrapped securely in bubble wrap and had that pink styrofoam all around it. I have never been more pleased. Each item got here in one piece. They even called me and let me pay for it over the phone. They were beyond thankful and I could tell that they were just happy to put all their effort into their job and do a great job the first time. I dont live in Idaho anymore, but to my family that still lives there I make sure that they recommend this store to everyone as do I whenever I hear people need help boxing, shipping or even a simple copy.

J.J. went the extra mile to help me find information from a package that the receiver claimed was never delivered. I didnt have a receipt and couldnt even remember which month I sent it (good grief!), and she was willing to search through records to locate the information. She found the information which allowed me to prove that the package had been delivered - and signed for! Great service!

Seriously the BEST customer service I have received in a long time! The ladies in the store went above and beyond to help me ship my package.They were both very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help! I wont be going anywhere else for my shipping needs! Id give them 10 stars if it was an option!

Terrible service and terrible preparation as UPS Store you shouldnt be running out of toner for almost a month and then lying to you customer saying that whatever was sent will print out

The store wont let you use your UPS Account number to ship. They refer people to UPS hub at 1324 20th Street Nampa, ID 83687 for that. That doesnt open til 3 pm.
