I recently locked myself out of my vehicle at the gas station near by. Like a damsel in distress, I walked over to Wheel Works and asked the store manager, Armando Garcia, for help. He greeted me professionally and offered to walk over to my car with me and one of his employee. They even walked back and forth twice to obtain the right tools for the job under the hot sun. After that, it took them just a few seconds to pop the semi-locked car door open free of charge. More importantly, I was able to return to work on time. I was not a regular customer of theirs, and they didnt have to help me in any way considering they are probably occupied with heavy workloads, Their kindness and willingness to help was greatly appreciated, and Id recommend others to check them out for any car care related issues in the future :) Thank you Armando!

My wife and I wasted an entire afternoon hoping to have our Honda Odysseys alignment completed before our trip to San Diego next week. Paul, the manager, assured us that he could have it completed by closing, at 6:30 p.m. We dropped the car off at 4:00 p.m. and went to Stoneridge Mall to kill time as traffic was to congested to return to Livermore. We went back to Wheels Dont Work at 6:00 p.m. to check on the van. Paul told us that they hadnt started the alignment and that they probably wouldnt have the van ready before 7:30 p.m. and acted indifferent as he created a story whereby he claimed that he never made any commitment as to "when" the van would be ready for pick up. I will never return there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Not sure how to rate but I am upset hence a one statr. Went to buy all new tires signed up to pay 600 dollars. Asked them to help put the front plates in the back. Manager said liability in case if the plates fall. Lol so you expect me to trust you with my tire swap but not plate. Asked to speak with the manage Alfonzo or Alberto dont remember. The guy made me wait 10 minutes and still no show. I canceled order and wentt to big o tire tire. Great service there and better price.

I waited 6 hours here to get an alignment. I will say it was a drop in and the manager was nice about having me wait, but I dropped the car off at 2pm and didnt drive away til 8pm. There was also a conflict where the employee who checked me in told me they could do suspension work for me, but when they got my car on the lifts the manager told me they wouldnt perform the service. Dont go here, there are tons of other tire places to choose from.

Theyre polite enough, but they seem to be incompetent / stoned / drunk half the time. Its taken them three visits to get my brakes done properly on my vehicle (seriously, yes, three visits and counting). Yes, they are re-doing them free of charge, but they cant seem to get it right the first time. There are other issues but these people seem to really, really not know what theyre doing.

Horrible place to bring you vehicle for an oil change dropped off my truck around 2 and was told I will be called when it is ready. I never got a call, around 7:00 I called and was told by 7:30 it will be ready Im there at 7:40 only to see my truck still in the parking spot not worked on yet and had to wait at least another 30 min until it was ready. STAY AWAY!!!!

Very bad experience. Their Wheel Alignment equipment is not right - that i can say. I have lost my tires after I have got my alignment done from this shop. These guys never acknowledged it is their mistake whereas Wheel Alignment from other shop confirmed that it is an issue in rear. Never going to get at least Wheel alignment done from this shop.

Worst experience i have had from a tire store. Armando calls me to say it would be completeted in 40 minutes. I arrived at store and found the spare tire wasnt even off the car yet. I waited another hour for them to complete the job. They stripped off the lock and now need to buy another lock key for the nuts. Do not go here

I had my van serviced at the Dublin store. My experience was amazing! Bill was my mechanic. Bill was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I will recommend Bill everyone to get vehicle work done. His work was done quickly and will be a customer from now on. Tyvm Bill!!!

They dont deserve even 1star. Just to change the cabin air filter they asked me to leave my vehicle for 2hrs. I went to Oreilly which is next door and replaced cabin filter in 10mins. Employees have worst attitude.
