The service was very unprofessional and rude. I was instructed to leave my car and go inside. I did exactly that. After doing some shopping I came back to the manager explaining that they hadnt started on my oil change. Unlike the first technician, the manager rudely informed me that I was supposed to go inside and get my work order processed, not something I was told. And then he belittled me by overexplaining this miscommunication and making it sound like it was my fault when I was just doing what the first technician told me to do. After waiting about 20 minutes after processing my work order, the manager told me my car was finished. I paid and went outside. They were not finished but I had already carried my groceries out to put in my car. The technicians outside yelled at me for going into my car and did not give me an update so they just had me standing outside in the hot sun. The whole process took over an hour. This shop is mismanaged and understaffed. If youre going here for a quick oil change, youre not going to get that. Better off going to. Jiffy Lube for the same price and much much better customer service. This ordeal has been miserable. (Im still waiting for my car to be finished by the way.)

Had an appointment for 5pm. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk, I was told that the balancer stopped working and they closed the shop. She said she tried calling and texting to let us know but I received no calls or texts. There was still a car in the shop they were working on...it was definitely not closed. Based on other reviews, it looks like they just didnt want a late appointment, and wanted to close early. The guy ahead of me had a car battery he wanted to return under warranty. The woman was just rudely saying no its not, its not our battery. This is not good customer service. This could have been handled differently, even it if wasnt a walmart item. Prior to getting the appointment, when trying to call the auto center, someone picked up the phone and hung up. This happened several times. When trying to call the main number, there was no answer. Management of this store is absolutely horrible. How can you say you provide a service and then not actually give it? Shame on you Wal-Mart. Its understandable that the employees dont get paid a lot, but they chose to work there, and the customers are the reason why they still have a job.

Like the others review, they never pick up the phone, and never call you when your car is ready. I complained this issue when I pick up my car, and the front desk said they dont have enough people here to pick up the phone call, they are so busy. After he gave me my car key, he was playing his phone. its ok, nobody is working full 8 hours straight, totally understand, but you gotta to finish you job to call the customers. After I got my car, I found out my AC is on Max, and they changed my radio channel. I assume they really had good time while they are working outside of my car to change the oil... I really like this Walmart, which is my favorite grocery store to go every week. Please improve the customer service at auto center, they seems not get enough pay to be motivated to do their job.

They said it costs 50$. I ended up paying 95$ and endured a lot of trouble. Also, my oil tank was overfilled. They apparently were not qualified to do the work. They charged me for 11 liters of oil. But my car was indicator showed that they had over filled my tank. So I paid for the extra oil that they put in my car. In addition, the front desk lady, first charged me 130$ by mistake. She was quite rude and I had to be very polite and attending to point her to her mistake in calculating the price. It took a lot of effort to convince her for her obvious mistake. I think she disliked me because I had a nice car.

I want to change oil of my camry so i decided to milpitas walmart as a walkin . The lady work there she told me they dont accept walkin anymore after standing a hour in line. so i call again for next week appointment. they didnt pick the phone either after two hour she picked up the phone and she make appointment for me and i show up on that day . Again i stand up in the line for arount one hr and she told me your appointment is for tomorrow not today.lots of customers left because she is working slow and they told them too

Other than the long wait times, I dont have anything to complain about. I especially liked the customer service (there is this guy David, who in particular was very helpful). Unlike other places like the Firestone Milpitas, they never gave me a feeling that they were trying to fleece me. I got my first set of tires from Firestone, but after really bad experiences with them later, I decided to look for other affordable options, and I will definitely recommend the Milpitas Walmart for Tire and Lube related auto-work.

I dont know why people have so many negative reviews about this location. These guys are pretty nice and they do work perfectly. I got all the 4 tires installed on my Car in less than 45 minutes today morning. A really nice guy Michael was amazingly helpful. This location works on First Come First Served basis. So, on any given day, if lots of customers show up, last ones will really need to wait for long. Im happy with todays experience and special thanks to Michael -:)

Four phone calls to main store...no one answered. I called the tire shop directly, no one answered. Maybe they made too much money during Christmas and do not need any more business. Update...got through to operator, she disconnected me when transferring me to the tire/lube dept.. I called back to speak to store manager; though I was transferred, no answer. Walmart in Milpitas really sucks.

Wait too long for just s battery change. I waited three and half hours. They kept working cars after me and kept telling me I am the next. The only reason I can think of is my car need jump first before drive into garage. Its not fair that the technician skip mine and do the easier job first. I asked them nicely but not work. Until I got mad, they changed it.

Called at least 20 times and no answer to simply check the status. When I do get an answer the operator told me to call the number I was currently on the phone with. Honestly save your sanity and go anywhere else. If there was less then one star that is what I would rate them. It makes sense why Walmart is shutting stores down with service like this.

One of the Worst Auto Centers around me. They dont even remind you after your vehicle is done ! Products are good but customer service is 200% worst. I have waitied 5 hours for oil change with appointment. If you want to waste your whole day for a 30 minutes work on your vehicle please go here,its damn perfect!!
