This Meineke has a new owner, and is under new management. The Meineke website, and google advertisement shows that their hours are 7:30 am to 6 pm. Their actual hours are 8 am to 5 pm. When asked over the phone, their receptionist told me that they close at 6 pm. I took my care in because it had a coolant leak, and got a price on a water pump just in case. They had the lowest price for replacing the water pump of anybody...I should have known something was up. When I asked about coolant, he said it would be $25 at most. He advised a 1-hour labor diagnosis for $125, and if it wasnt a water pump, it would save me money. Great! I signed the order, and left the car. I called at noon, and got no answer, so I left a message. Then at about 3 pm, I got a message on my voice mail that they had called. I called back 15-20 separate times to find out the status of my car, but there was no answer, just a voice mail. I called other Meinekes to see if anybody had the owners cell phone, no joy. Finally at near 4:30, I got a call from the manager. No water pump needed, just a lose cap. Great! But I would need a radiator flush for $95 (not $25). Also, I would need new brakes for the front axle, $450, plus a brake fluid flash, $70. All told, the bill was $700, of course this was after I told him I had the Uber driver discount (20% on the first drive). When I complained about the prices, he said "Have you ever driven a car before, how long have you been driving?". Now I dont trust the guy. I am angry, because you changed the prices on me. Im just going to pick the car up. So this was by this time 4:45 pm. I called Jiffy, and they can give me a brake job for $100 less plus the Uber discount. The coolant flush is about the same, but I get a great Uber discount from Jiffy. Dont trust this shop. Their prices change if you have a discount, their hours are not the same as the hours advertised, and they dont answer the phone. Lastly, I was at the shop at 5:15 pm, and the manager was there. He would not close the account out, nor give me my car. BAD, BAD, BAD service.

Bad people! If you are wise then make sure to get a second opinion elsewhere. Before I continue look for a car with license plate 777Desi which will be there. I presume it is an employee or the owner of this joint. Then look for a review under the same name here! Desi people be very wary of this place. You all know who you are. This is what happened to me. Car developed a grinding noise suddenly and I found this place to be closest. Went there. For inspection the charge was $30. It was done well and was good so far. The parts and services needed came to $1000. I was not prepared for such expense as I get paid one week later. Once that was shared with the manager, his grin went away. No eye contact after that and body language became intimidating. Im in sales and very observant of body language. Immediately, I was told they will have to call state troopers to report the car! Really?! Thats the best you had? I knew that was not legal. Thought of calling 911 myself to report extortion (and theft) as my car was still in their shop. Now I shopped around and found a private mechanic. The total work including parts comes to $400. I could afford $1000 in due course but am thinking of the naive, elderly and new immigrants who get taken advantage of by these types of business. Shame on Meineke to stoop so low to make money.

I was going to let this go, but I got an email thanking me for the business and asking to write a review, so here we go. I showed up for an appointment at 4pm on a Friday and they told me they were just too busy to fulfill my appointment. If theyd just not let me book the appointment in the first place or at least call me to explain the situation so I dont have to drive all the way out there to find out Im not going to get the service I scheduled, maybe it would have been fine. After that, to still send me an email thanking me for my nonexistent business without so much as an apology rubs me the wrong way. I wont be back.

Had really worst experience. The representatives were really bad in taking care of my car. They even missed the 21 point check list. So wont even scale these people for the service. They didnt tell me that they dont accept the coupon which They gave me while scheduling service. Instead after all the works call service the representative told me we dont accept the digital copy which u have. You need to print it for us. He didnt even give me an estimate when i asked. Instead he nodded as if he accepts the coupon and gave me a bill. To be honest " THE WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE "

A good auto repair shop. I had a problem with some work another shop did and they did a great job fixing it for me on short notice. I have a Ford Ranger with 240k+ miles on it and needed the transmission replaced. The manager, Dave, clearly explained the cost options for using a rebuilt or used (w/ 1 year guarantee) replacement and the work went smoothly with a very reasonable price (I researched). Good communication, quality work and no headaches. I recommend them and will continue to take my truck here and keep it adding on the miles!

One star goes for: 1. Inconvenient appointment times during work hours. 2. Despite of appointment it took 2 hours for oil change. Most of the time they worked with other cars - so whats the point of having appointments? 3. Additional charge of $5.27 - not a big deal but why it wasnt clearly mentioned on the GroupOn page? 4. Tire rotation mentioned when I bought a package wasnt done at all. 5. Printed report contains wrong pressure values for front tires (35PSI instead of 29), luckily they dont even touch them.

Took my car in for a oil change and tune up and now theirs a dent on the driving side door that was not there before. Took it in for them to see he said they were going to take care of it so I sent him two estimates its going to be two weeks since and no response. They are just giving me the run around they only tell me they will give me a call back but never do. Like come on take responsibility. DONT take your car here you might end up with a dent on your car. Zero stars!!!!

I went there to replace my breaks .... I bought my own parts .. They doesnt even know how to replace the breaks .... Within 2 days i was getting wierd sounds from the breaks not regular sounds .. Though i had 90 days warranty he refused to check whats the problem..and also refused to tighten breaks... He was so rude he dint move from his seat to even check whats the problem Guy was so rude towards me .. I am going to file a case with Bureau of Automotive Repair

Wow! Synthetic oil change for $39.95 plus other fees, while other places charged me more than $90. This was a great deal. Took my BMW for an oil change. Saw they banner for free brake inspection and requested them to check my brakes. They did a through vehicle inspection and found that my brakes are fine. They showed that my air filter was clean and does not need replacement. I like their honesty.
