Took my Tahoe in for brakes which led to them needing parts they couldnt get till following week. They left my Tahoe outside in the rain with window down which led to water damage and vandalism. To top it off there were 3 empty stalls that they could have put my Tahoe in for the week end. Had to call Police and get it towed home to prevent further damages and thief. Will never go back or use any other Midas. Stay away from the El Cerrito/Richmond shop.

the prices were normal, fast work, and great results. The staff is friendly and knows what theyre doing. The manager Paul is were funny and friendly, treating every customer like a buddy, and doing what he can to fit your needs. I told him I was on a budget and in a hurry, and he got the job done quick, only doing what I needed. Ill definitely be back.

THE WORST REPAIR SHOP I EVER BEEN TOO I ALSO TOOK MY CAR FOR A BRAKE JOB AND MONTHS LATER BRAKES FAILED AND LEAKED AND LEAD A LARGE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE. SO WE HAD COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER HER LITERALLY REPLIED BACK "ITS NOT OUR FAULT .." AHAH WHAT A LOW CON ARTIST AHAAHHAHAH. SO I WOULDNT SPREAD THIS BUSINESS DEAL TO ANYBODY. PERIOD! DONE!

Paul and his team are always willing to take good care of their customers. Always appreciate the attention that I get when there, and they really avoid raking you over the coals on price. Very friendly, honest, and open to discuss what is happening with you, and if they dont get something right, they make it right pretty quickly.
